- SMSteve M2 days ago2.0Room was fine, as most other holiday inns are. However, this is the first of hundreds that I would never go back. 1) I’ve never went to get a water bottle and they try to charge $7. Price gouging that I haven’t seen at any other IHG hotel. This isn’t an airport, don’t try to rip off your guests. Went to the convenience store down the street and bought two of the same bottle for less. 2) You expect peace and quiet in your room, and the hotel can’t control who the other guests are, but the problem wasn’t the guests. I tried taking a nap for 4 hours straight to sleep off a head cold, and couldn’t because the loud obnoxious cleaning ladies in the hallway. I asked for them to keep it down and they just got louder - laughing, yelling at each other, banging their carts. The noise was OBNOXIOUS and they should understand basic etiquette or common courtesy towards their guests. Nobody wants to hear loud yelling and laughing all day right outside of their room.

- WWWilliamJun 25, 20261.0Saw a mouse in my room on the 4th floor. Considered sleeping on the floor probably would have been more comfortable than the bed. Could feel every spring in the bed.

We could also see that it was chewing the furniture. The people at the lobby were great and got us a new room the same day so that was nice, but the mouse was not.
- HLHelen LeeJun 13, 20262.0Pros: staff is friendly and courteous, location is easy to get to. Bed sheets were clean. Cons: the hotel pool was dirty and very outdated. The water color was murky and the facility was worn down and looked like no one cleans it or keeps it up. The room itself was also old and needs some renovating and fixing up. The rooms are carpeted and mine was stained.
