- EUEverybody’z Uncle3 days ago4.0Hotel was close to my son’s house. Had lots of stores around in case you need to get some things. I don’t like the high beds. That’s just me personally, but it was soft. Maybe a little too soft. Again that’s just me. The 2nd night my room wasn’t turned over. Don’t know why. I was glad I didn’t use all the towels. Front desk was very nice and friendly. Continental breakfast was great. Loved the biscuits and gravy. I love it when the gravy isn’t too salty. All in all that my experience was very satisfying.

- AKAlli Krug4 days ago5.0The front desk staff is outstanding, the general manager is a tremendous leader and it's obvious she has built an exceptional culture here in this hotel. I can tell by the courteousness and empathy of the front desk staff to situations that come up even on a very busy Preakness weekend. The hotel is very clean and situated right next to a great Community Park with a walking trail around a little lake, also walking distance to a couple restaurants. Highly recommend!!! Shout out to Daniella!!!

Ross went above and beyond to help with a lot of concerns during a busy weekend. Very professional, warming and helpful to guests other than my family members from out of town. She’s the greatest!
- FRflight reactsApr 30, 20262.0Overall, Bad. The first few days was alright but as the days went on. The janitors or maids start taking my personal belongings when I would leave in the morning. When I would come back home. I would find my charger, expensive retainer, and bonnet all gone after coming back from work. I reported this incident to the staff and people that work here. They said "The cleaners do not take your belongings and they do not touch any of your things." Basically calling me a liar and saying that I am not telling the truth.
