- CLCamille LeeOct 3, 20265.0My partner and I stayed here for 3 nights and we were so pleased with the property and the staff. Veralee and Sia at the front desk were super funny and accommodating. At check-in there was an issue with the reservation (OUR mistake), and the manager (whose name I don't remember but he was a middle aged gentleman) was super helpful and fixed it for us and gave us an upgrade even though it was our mistake. I was really impressed by the service. The staff in the breakfast area was also really nice, especially the gentleman was spent time rearranging the dining area on Monday morning. Can't wait to stay here again next year!
- JWJosh WSep 28, 20262.0No hot water in the shower and 8-10 of the TV channels didnt work. Room had a very musty smell and I was told by the front desk it was due to a recent deep clean. The front desk guy was nice, but you very much get only what you pay for.
- MBMONIQUE BOSLEYSep 21, 20265.0This was my first time staying in Laurel Maryland and this was the hotel that I booked for my stay as it was just 15 minutes away from family. My room was located at the end of the floor that I was assigned to and I could barely here any noise, etc. The room was cozy and clean. I had a very good night sleep after driving for around 7 hours. The staff were friendly. When I went for breakfast the next morning the food was hot, delicious and the staff kepted everything stocked up. If I ever stay in Laurel Maryland again I will book this hotel. Just one thing as you have to book your reservations fast as their rooms sell out quickly.
