  Started off a little rocky with a toilet that wouldn't flush. They got us a new room (later found out a kid had flushed a toy car). Even got a cupcake and candle to sing Happy birthday to my wife. Totally pulled it together...very helpful people.

  I stopped by seeking general information and availability, and Dante at the front desk was extremely helpful. He greeted me warmly, answered all of my questions with professionalism, and provided detailed information about the services and availability. His friendly attitude and willingness to assist made the visit very pleasant. Dante represents excellent customer service and left a great impression.

  Miss Liz was amazing. She met us with a smile every morning at breakfast. Always had a kind word to say, and remembered when we were heading out and stopped to say goodbye and safe travels. Rooms were clean and stocked well.

  Stayed here for 2 nights in May 2026, finishing off our trip to the US with a couple of days in Washington D.C. Chose this location due to its proximity to Downtown Largo metro station, which gives direct access to downtown Washington (and beyond). Also on the Silver Line so we were able to travel direct to Dulles (albeit it’s >1 hour on the metro, but extremely good value). The staff here were excellent, with a special mention for Glenn who literally could not have been more helpful during our stay. There are definitely closer hotels to the city but this was absolutely perfect for us and at a reasonable price also. Highly recommended!

  I decided to stay here again after my last visit and booked through Expedia for 5/22–5/24. Overall, I still think this is a decent hotel, but I did run into an issue regarding the deposit policy that I think guests should be aware of. I called the front desk this evening because I wanted to extend my stay by one more day. I was informed that since I booked through a third-party website, I would need to make a completely new reservation. That part was understandable and not really a problem. The issue came up when I asked about the $250 incidental deposit hold. Since they already had a $250 hold on the same card I would be using for the new reservation, I asked if they could simply continue using the existing deposit or transfer it over. I was told no, and that a completely new $250 deposit would be required while waiting for the original one to be released by my bank, which could take anywhere from 3–7 business days. That would mean having $500 tied up in deposits temporarily just to extend the stay by one additional night. When I asked why this was necessary, I was simply told, “that’s just how it is.” The hotel itself is still decent, but the deposit policy feels a bit excessive, especially for returning guests using the same payment method.
