- N6Noobmaster 69Aug 18, 20263.0The stay was ok. Beginning of the trip was fine. Last couple of days were a pain though. The ac and heat just stopped working and the shower drain got clogged up. The worse part of our trip was the front desk receptionist, Glenn. I asked for a luggage cart but guess I took too long with it. When I returned it Glenn had a nasty attitude. He spoke in a very unprofessional manner, telling me “ you had that cart for too long man, there’s other people that need it.” Then he proceeded to ask me “how much more you got to bring down?” Even after I already returned the cart! As if he’s rushing me. If I did take a little long, there’s a better way to convey that especially coming from a so called professional. Me nor my family will not be staying at Staybridge again. I also won’t be recommending this place to anyone which is a shame because my business friends would’ve loved to spend their money with you guys.

Offered suggestions for places to eat & informed us of transportation options. The hotel itself was well-kept. Clean & the food was very good. We actually extended our stay & chose to stay longer in the area.
