I had to wait on a package that did not show up as originally scheduled and I was given late check out opportunity while I wait and work.The free continental breakfast was good. I will definitely stay here again

We had two rooms, sadly we had delay on room service cleaning she pick up towels and garbage early but no beds then around noon she brought towels but no coffee my brother had to go front desk and manager came to make bed and clean but no coffee sadly was our last nite after 3 nights there. Overall Location excellent and breakfast was good.

Additionally, Everyone was extremely friendly and professional from housekeeping to the front desk! Breakfast was very good including eggs, potatoes, yogurt, bacon, etc…(no waffles). TIP:If you’re heading to DC, drive to the Landover Metro station—Just 10 minutes drive from hotel (not Largo station). They charge a flat fee $3 to park all day instead the $8 at Largo station (both may have free parking on weekends, but I’m not sure). I’d definitely recommend this Holiday Inn express!
- APAmy PersonsAug 17, 20261.0I had to switch rooms at 9:30 pm at night after the fawcet in the shower flew off after I turned the shower on. Then in the second room, there was something wrong with the television. When I asked if I could have some money taken off the bill, I was instead asked to be enrolled in a reward program to have points "added for a future stay." Why would I want to stay again when I was disappointed twice already? (And the manager, of course, works 9-5 so nothing could be done by the person at the front desk.) I spent 30 years in hospitality. Please make this right, Holiday Inn Express.
