  Checked in & checked out within 30 minutes. 3rd floor smell like mildew, moved to 4th floor, but that room had stains on couch & toilet seat. Carpet was ripped at corner of bed frame, room did not look clean. we were uncomfortable, so we checked out immediately and went somewhere else. Still fighting to get deposit back when I never even stayed.

  Great location for we needed to be. Doris was wonderful and so was Chase at the desk . I was a little disappointed in the towel situation, but they were busy this weekend, but I had to ask for towels. I had to ask for a hand towel and had to ask for a bath how to step out on every single day they did not replenish the makeup remover each day and I actually forgot mine so I was disappointed with that but other than that the room was clean. The location was great for Andrew’s Air Force Base.

  We are extremely thankful for the opportunity to travel! However, this location is a poor reflection of the quality that travelers seek and depend on when visiting unfamiliar destinations. I often seek to stay at Holiday Inn Express locations because at least there is a certain level of quality, service, and expectation. I read reviews before coming and management comments, there I realized that guess had bad experiences but management claimed to resolve issues and do better. This is not what we experienced. The rooms are not clean, the hallways are not cleaned or vacuumed daily, the smell of smoke and others smells wreak through the halls, bathrooms, rooms, so much so that I was afraid that we were going to be smelly at our daily events. The staff is pleasant, but nothing is done. They are nice, but there is no urgency to resolve issues. The last straw was when I had to use the guest restroom in the lobby at breakfast and the bathroom was despicable, it messed up my appetite. You can stop and stay here but just know what to expect…the quality is not the same as it used to be. Please clean the pool!!! There is a thick grim on the surface and it is dangling down into the water. Pictures were taken after we returned in the afternoon. One day the was wasn’t cleaned at all, this was after we requested service. I would like to shout out Ms. Doris and her kitchen crew! The breakfast was on point every morning! Fresh, clean, and cooked to perfection! She is always wiping and refilling the bar! And she has a great smile and personality! We looked forward to breakfast daily!

  To be honest I have a video on this property of 10 kids having a party smoking weed all the above til about 5am I had to keep calling front desk and they did nothing! Security just stood in the lobby on his phone all night! So unprofessional when I came in one of the workers were in the lobby dancing with guest who were minors and everybody just standing around laughing like it’s okay! He was 60 those little girls were 15 years old looking! Now boom I end up staying here paying a ridiculous $120 deposit I was supposed to be charged $100 I then showed the manager which was a young black light skin male he verified that okay I see $120 charge but we don’t do it. So who did!!! Okay they claim the $ will go back it’s been 8 days I have not received my deposit back! This is why people don’t want to make those $100 and above payments bc nobody takes accountability of being a thief! These people are stealing your deposits let alone over charging! And then when you call their rude & condescending whomever picked up the phone a woman the morning of July 11 around 8:45 AM is completely rude. I asked for corporate email so I can get this situation worked out. She says you can easily Google that instead of just helping the customer. They’re acting as if I’m a liar instead of handling the situation. This is why people should be trained on how to deal with customers how to deal with humans how to not have emotions at work I can’t stand when women go to work and carry their emotions with them just because you don’t see the charge. Does that mean it did not happen to the customer so when you decide to go into a business somewhere, then it happens to you. I’m sure you feel the same way you want your money back but very much so in this situation, I’m not letting it go so if I don’t receive my money back, they will have to see me spiritually and I promise they won’t like that.

  FILTHY AND DISGUSTING! Our room was so gross and you could tell no one’s actually cleaned it in a very long time. They just simply make the bed and go about routine. There were 2 dead roaches under our sink and someone before us clearly had a party in our room with the leftover decorations still up with evidence of what appeared to be barely an attempt at removal. The carpet was riddled with debris and crumbs and in a room of 4 people we were only given 2 towels on the second day, not even 2 full sets of a body towel, face, and hand towel. When we asked multiple times throughout the day in between our itinerary for towels they kept telling us they were out, which i have never experienced from a hotel before in my 20 years of travel. Its not like we were asking for extra towels, we genuinely didnt even get enough towels for all of us. Not to mention the trash on our floor had black sludge leaking from it and all over the floor around it and it took them until the next day to address it.
