  This is more like the Worst Western. The room could’ve been cleaner, covers and sheets looked dingy, furniture was sticky, crumbs and stains on the sofa and chairs, etc. This hotel is old and smelly. I do not recommend unless you are desperate.

  While the room and initial service was nice, we ran into an issue while checking out and service was not helpful at all and the front desk had a terrible attitude. We left our jacket in the closet of the hotel room and noticed that we left it there less than 4 hours after we checked out. We called the hotel and was received by the general manager; she told us that housekeeping had left for the day but she took down our phone number and promised she would call us the next morning with an update. The next morning, afternoon, evening, we never got a call back. The day after we followed up with a call to the hotel and immediately could not reach the manager so instead we were received by the front desk operator. When we told her about what happened and asked why we did not get a call back, she just brushed us off and barely tried to help and it took multiple asks to get her to just simply ask housekeeping to check the room again. In the end, we did not find our jacket back nor receive a call back and since we literally know where the jacket was hanging and us leaving it behind, the only logical explanation is that housekeeping purposely took and withheld the jacket. If you’re just looking for a short place to stay, this hotel is fine. But do not expect to be respected and regarded as a proper customer nor to be helped when asked.

  The sofas had stains and were dusty. The hotel staff were not friendly. I was not greeted with hello or welcomed. I also had to pay for early check in at 2:06 pm because check in is at 3pm, because I had food and was informed that I could not sit on the lobby and eat. If I wanted to eat, I had to go up to my room. I was starving because I had not eaten all day and just finished teaching classes back to back. I was upset but I paid the $36 fee and went up to my room and ate my food.

  When we checked in Robert made inappropriate comments about hoping the White House would be hit by a drone strike! For an event we are going to!!! Then when I go take a call he tells my friends that I'm planning the attack because I'm Middle Eastern! This is not humor, say something like that in the airport and you would get arrested. Insane and hope he is held accountable

  BE WARNED, There's a club on the bottom floor of the hotel. If you're on the 1st floor, you will not sleep. If you're on the 2nd floor, you probably still won't. 3rd and above you're probably safe with white noise and the AC running. Except the AC rattles like crazy. Rooms are nice otherwise. Staff is nice. The inside is dated, but rooms are cheap so what do you expect?
