  This is the second Holiday Inn Express I have stayed at in the past few months and both experiences were bad. This Holiday Inn express needs updating. The rooms were okay but not great. The service was poor. It appeared the person working the front desk was entertaining family (her own kids) when I arrived and I had to wait for her to get to me. The next morning at breakfast they were out of several items by 7:50AM and no one was taking care of the breakfast area. There was a sign that limited you to 4 pieces of bacon! Really! What kind of owner does that? While I was sitting there I watched the desk clerk’s friends come in and help themselves to carry out boxes which they filled with breakfast food….and they took A LOT more than 4 pieces of bacon. It looked like they were feeding several people. They went out to their bikes and rode off. When I went to check out I needed a receipt for business an I had to wait for 5 minutes before anyone even came to the desk. I will never stay at this location again and I am done with Holiday Inn Express.

  We have stayed at the Comfort Inn and the Best Western in the past. Both were Ok, but we were looking for something better. This Holiday Inn fit the bill. The rooms were much better and the Best Western and slightly better than the Comfort Inn. It is the first room that didn't not provide a coffee maker, but the staff was more than willing to provide a Keurig with cups. The staff was excellent. they were friendly, helpful, and very courteous. They had a very good free breakfast in the morning. I will definitely stay there again.

  First time staying at this hotel and we'll definitely be back again. Rooms were clean and spacious. Beds were comfortable and breakfast was great, especially for a free selection. Staff was friendly and helpful as well. Only complaint would be that the indoor pool room was very hot.

  Don't even stay at any other hotel other than Holiday Inn if you are trying to get an affordable hotel, with top tier amenities, cleanliness, and staff. Holiday Inn has been great!
