  I had an absolutely fantastic stay at the Holiday Inn in Jessup, Maryland. From the moment I arrived, the customer service was outstanding. Dwayne and the entire staff, including the bartender, were incredibly friendly, professional, and attentive. They truly made me feel welcome and went above and beyond to ensure my stay was enjoyable. The hotel itself is very clean and well-maintained. The rooms are spotless, comfortable, and beautifully updated. The lobby is modern and inviting, with nothing feeling outdated. One detail that really stood out was how fresh and pleasant both the lobby and the room smelled—it created a very relaxing and comfortable atmosphere. The pricing was also excellent and offered tremendous value for the quality of the accommodations and service. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area. Great price, exceptional customer service, and a clean, updated environment. I will definitely stay here again!

  The room was the highlight for me—very clean, neat, and well-maintained. You can tell that a lot of care goes into housekeeping, and it made the stay comfortable and relaxing. The interior feels modern and thoughtfully designed, with high ceilings and quality finishes that give the space a fresh and polished atmosphere. I noticed some reviews mentioning negative experiences with the staff, but personally, I didn’t have any issues. My interaction with them was fairly standard—nothing particularly outstanding, but also nothing unfriendly. It’s possible I just didn’t encounter any difficult situations, but I didn’t feel any discomfort during my stay. Overall, I’d like to leave a positive review mainly for the cleanliness and comfort of the room. If you value a tidy, well-kept space in a great location, this hotel is a solid choice.

  Holiday Inn Columbia East-Jessup Why are you scamming people with a low internet room price and then adding a 25% Service Charge? I guess if restaurants can do it, you can too. Quality marketing, I expect better.

  Very clean rooms. Nice breakfast. Good for a night or two. Housekeeping will try enter your room despite ‘do not disturb’ sign. The staff was very helpful in letting us use their freezer for medicine.

  During my check-in experience, I appreciated how kind and attentive the other front desk associates were. However, the front desk supervisor, Carmen I believe is his name. The encounter I came across as disengaged and somewhat condescending, which stood out in contrast to the rest of the team. I’ve work in hospitality myself, so I understand how demanding the front desk role can be. That said, when there was an issue locating my reservation, there was little effort made to assist in resolving it. I ultimately had to figure out on my own that I was at the wrong hotel. The hotel itself is beautiful, and the majority of the staff were welcoming. I hope this feedback is taken constructively, as a more engaged and solution-oriented approach—especially from leadership—would make a significant difference in the guest experience.
