  DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL. Our stay turned into a nightmare because of how this hotel handled a hit-and-run in their parking lot. We stayed for two nights, and the first morning when we returned to our parked car, we found major scratches and dents across our passenger side doors. It was obvious the car parked next to us hit our car and drove off. There was a security camera facing the parking lot, so we immediately asked the front desk to review the footage. We were told the manager was the only person who could access it and wouldn’t be back until Monday. Since we were visiting from another state, we had to leave before then. We filed a police report, and even the responding officer was told he had to wait until Monday for the footage. Over the next four days, we repeatedly called the hotel. The manager first said she was too busy to review the video, then claimed it was too blurry to be useful. It feels like the hotel simply doesn’t want to help. This hotel showed ZERO concern for its guests after a crime occurred on its property. They delayed everything until it was convenient for them, refused to cooperate, and made no real effort to assist us or the police investigation. The parking lot did NOT FEEL SAFE, and after this experience, I would never trust leaving my car there. If your car is damaged, hit, broken into, or stolen while you’re staying here, DON’T EXPECT this hotel to help you. You’ll be on your own. Save yourself the stress and stay somewhere that feels safe and actually cares about its guests.

  No pool but it didn't bother me. Great location to be near Washington dc and be affordable. Breakfast was 10/10 with fantastic pancakes and coffee. The meat sections changes everyday which is nice to see. Staff were 10/10 on kindness and being helpful. Rooms were great. Comfy beds, a lot of space and clean floors, rooms and bathrooms. Gym had 4 four treadmills, dumbbells up to 50 pounds and 1 incline bench.

  Great alternative to downtown DC. Breakfast was amazing, a lot of different options. Great value for the price. Only con is the pool isn’t open

  Over all, my stay at the Holiday Inn Express was great thanks to Beth who made my check in experience special. She went above and beyond allowing me to check in early saving me from sleeping in my car until 3pm . She was truly a blessing and I pray GOD is blessing her right now.

  The photos of this place are absolutely A.I. Just to get into the driveway is a disaster. The parking is TRAGIC! The hotel staff are cool. But, you may go in a room with stained carpets, cracked toilet seats and a windows view of the fence that separates the Holoday Inn parking lot from the Patient First, next door. The pool literally is the size of a jacuzzi. The mattress did not have a protector on it. The only redeeming quality is that it is on the BW Parkway. So, you have alot of accessibility to food, gas, shopping, etc. Might be tough getting put of the parking lot. I mean you getting what you pay for, with room only being slightly above $100.
