- NDNight Dragon4 days ago4.0I have been to this location many times in the past when I could walk and had no problems. Now I'm in a wheelchair and I have to report that their accessible rooms are not accessible enough. I could barely get my wheelchair into the main section with the bed because the dresser was too close to the corner bulkhead. Squeezing through tight spaces like that is not good for my wheelchair. I also couldn't go to the other side of the bed in the chair. I had to stand and walk to get to the desk and chair by holding on to the dresser and bed. Plenty of room in the bathroom, and it had a walk in shower with a fold down bench.

Every staff member I interacted with was friendly and helpful. As others have mentioned in reviews, the bathroom is small and it can be noisy with the cars on York Road, but I still felt it was a great value for what I needed. And having a free breakfast in the morning (with good food and plenty of options) was an added perk. I would definitely stay here again!

Rooms were very clean and spacious. Overall experience was amazing as the service level because of the help we got from Shelby was above and beyond. Holiday Inn is on my favorite list for any future travels from now on. Highly recommended it! Thank you,. Shelby!
- JBJessica BlandMay 26, 20262.0My boyfriend and I checked in around 11:30 pm, after driving 9 hours from Michigan. As you can imagine, we were exhausted. I made a reservation through a 3rd party. When it was time to check in, they had 2 reservations under my name but neither of them matched my confirmation number. The hotel had a weird odor. They may need to use a different carpet cleaner or add other fragrances throughout the hotel because that was rough. When we finally got to our tiny room, it smelled like feet. I sprayed but the odor never went away. After we settled in, I went to use the bathroom and saw a blood stain in the shower. As you can imagine, I was furious. We were unable to take a shower the next morning. We just stayed at this hotel 2 months ago and had a pleasant experience. This was definitely a disappointment, especially after having a wonderful weekend to celebrate my birthday. The only good thing about this trip was checking out and the ladies at the front desk were friendly.
