The experience is great from beginning to end as this hotel provides everything you actually need. Staff are friendly and help with luggage, rooms are quite sizable and bedding most importantly is high quality. Bathrooms are granite and cleaned regularly. There are vending, snacks, food on site for purchase at any point - as well as hot breakfast every morning.
I would highly recommend for individual to a family. Do not waste your money at somewhere that charges you more and gives you less.

Room was clean but the mattress was horrible. Staff were very professional and friendly. Shout out to the night clerk who spent a large amount of time helping and older gentleman in a wheelchair who had questions about billing and wanted paper copies of everything. He was super helpful and courteous to a person many would lose their patience with. Sorry I didn't catch his name. The location was a challenge getting into and out of due to construction and proximity to the intersection.

I recently stayed at the Holiday Inn Express in Hunt Valley, Maryland, from Friday through Tuesday, and overall, I had a pretty good experience.
The check-in process was nice and smooth, and the employees were friendly and welcoming. My room was clean, comfortable, and the bed was very comfortable. The towels and washcloths were clean, although they looked more off-white than bright white.
One thing I really appreciated was the housekeeping service. The housekeepers were very nice and did an excellent job cleaning the room every day. They also replaced and restocked the towels and washcloths each day, which I thought was a great touch and made the stay much more comfortable.
The location is another big plus. The hotel is conveniently located right off the highway and close to just about everything you could need, including gas stations, Walmart, Walgreens, liquor stores, and plenty of fast-food restaurants.
There were a couple of things that disappointed me. I was really looking forward to breakfast, but the pancake machine wasn’t working during my stay. I was also disappointed that there wasn’t a meat option for guests who don’t eat pork. Having something like turkey or chicken sausage would be a nice addition. The bathroom was also very tight and reminded me of the small bathrooms you find on a cruise ship.
Despite those issues, I enjoyed my stay. The comfortable room, friendly staff, daily housekeeping, and convenient location were definitely the highlights. With a few improvements to the breakfast options and bathroom space, I think this hotel could be even better.
Overall: A good, clean, convenient place to stay, with a few areas that could use improvement.

The rooms stink and smell musty. The musty smell is on the elevator and in the hallways. They have construction going on and there is no peace at night. It is very inconsiderate to book guests and don't notify them of the construction. The carts used for luggage and animal hair all over the carts. DO NOT book this hotel and the parking is terrible.
