  The location is excellent, the room was spotless, and the staff were genuinely friendly. I had to stay overnight at short notice because my dog was unwell, and the team was incredibly accommodating. They found me a quiet room, which made a very difficult night much easier. I’m truly grateful to have met such kind people on a difficult day.

  I am extremely disappointed with how the front desk handled a very serious situation during my stay. I’ve never wrote a review in my life before but this is absolutely pathetic. There was a dog trapped inside a car in the hotel’s basement parking garage. The dog had been in the same vehicle for essentially the entire day, and by around 11:15 PM, the dog was still inside. I went to the front desk and spoke with Erin, who was extremely rude, dismissive, and unconcerned when I brought the situation to his attention. I was told that he was “doing something about it,” so I went back downstairs and waited for approximately 40 minutes. When I eventually returned to the front desk and asked Erin if anything was actually being done, he told me no. At that point, I had no choice but to call the police myself. What made the situation even more frustrating was that Erin then told the police that the vehicle had checked the car in to the hotel around 5:30 PM. That was completely untrue. I personally saw that same vehicle in the parking garage at approximately 8:00 AM that morning. The police ultimately got the owner to bring the dog inside, which was especially frustrating because this is a PET-FRIENDLY hotel. There was absolutely no reason for the situation to be handled with such indifference. I am extremely disappointed in Erin’s handling of this situation and, honestly, with the level of customer service I have received from several members of the staff during my stay. When a guest brings a serious animal welfare concern to the front desk, I expect it to be taken seriously—not dismissed and ignored until the police have to become involved. This experience has significantly changed my impression of the hotel, and I would not feel comfortable recommending it based on the service I received.

  This hotel is conveniently located in Hunt Valley, and we stayed here for an extended period while handling business in the area. Unfortunately, the longer we stayed, the more concerns we had about the overall environment. During our stay, we repeatedly encountered people around the property asking guests for cigarettes, alcohol, and other things. What initially seemed like an isolated occurrence became a fairly regular part of our experience, particularly around the smoking areas and at times during breakfast. Another resident told us that the hotel accommodates individuals participating in transitional programs. I cannot independently verify that information, so I don't want to speculate about anyone's personal circumstances. I am fully supportive of programs that help people get back on their feet. My concern is simply whether a hotel marketed to the general traveling public is being operated in a way that provides guests with the environment they reasonably expect when booking an extended stay. Management appeared to work hard to keep the property operating normally, and we did not have an issue with the hotel's location. However, the repeated solicitations and overall atmosphere became enough of a nuisance that I would not choose to stay here again. There are too many other lodging options in the Hunt Valley area for me to recommend this hotel based on our experience.

  Hallways were dirty check in was rude. But my biggest problem was the breakfast sucked thought I was staying at quality Inn but worse. All microwave food eggs terrible potatoes sucked turkey sausage rubber. They had no fresh food pancakes weren't working. Most good ihg hotel have fresh made sausage and gravy with fresh biscuits. Not here didn't seem like IHG to me. No orange juice No apple juice No lids for the coffee this place should NOT be A IHG. Need to do alot of updates and cleaning. And stop with the microwave food
