  Just so so .. if at all available just stay at the holiday inn express in jessup... It's updated, the people are nicer, and just more amenities. I prolly would have done 3 or 4 stars but the overnight person, we encountered at 5am was honestly rude... Maybe he was tired... but should be working daytime then..

  What a great hotel! I only stayed overnight but it was perfect and couldn't be happier! As soon as I arrived, called for free airport shuttle pick up and they were helpful with directions on where to meet, the driver came within 10 minutes and was very helpful with my luggage and friendly, fast safe drive to hotel. When I checked in, they were so nice at the front desk and was able to give a small complimentary upgrade with room, as I asked explained traveling solo pregnant, I didn't expect anything and was happy with even standard room but got a king bed and a nice cozy room with little extra space, very thankful! Omggg the free breakfast buffet was delicious with hot food! Bagels, cinnamon muffins (fresh hot) muffins, toast, Granola bars snacks, fruit too. Eggs, cheese omelets, potatoes, pork sausage and turkey sausage patties, biscuits and sausage Gravy was sooo good! Oatmeal with nuts and mixed dried fruit fixings, cold milk, yogurt and more pastries in the fridge. All juices and fresh ground brew coffee! Oh and how could I forget about the pancakes station soo cool and really yummy! They had fruit infused water station that was extremely refreshing! Their hotel desk is 24 hrs and they have snacks refrigerated there with ice cream too! Check out was quick and easy and they gave a rose for Mothers Day. Honestly couldn't say enough good things was very happy with my stay and wish I could of stayed longer to enjoy even more. And last but not least, there was also a 24 hr Denny's restaurant next to parking lot there but I didn't end up even wanting to go since the breakfast was sooo good and already included there ❤️

  I frequently stay at Holiday Inn Express and this is one of the best. Clean, friendly staff, good location to BWI, Arundel Mills mall and casino. Special note for the excellent breakfast and the ladies who keep the breakfast area spotlessly clean. A great job all round and I would definitely stay here again.

  It was a good room. We had a suite. I just wish the bathroom was attached to the sleeping area. We had our son on the pullout and we had to walk past him to use the bathroom. The shower layout was weird and small.

  I had to stay overnight due to a flight delay. What could normally have been a frustrating experience was turned around by the incredible staff. Shuttle trips to/from the airport with Brittany and Sheila were pleasant, efficient, and safe. The check-in experience with Gisel was friendly and efficient. Thank you, Holiday Inn Express BWI!
