Good location, can be a little loud due to road noise during the day but it is better than other hotels I have stayed in. Beds are comfortable, appliances work well. Rooms are well lit, and good water pressure in the showers.

We contacted staff three separate times to complain, but nothing was done to address the situation. For the price and expectations of the stay, I expected much better customer service and a quicker resolution. Unfortunately, this experience made the stay very frustrating and exhausting.
- TFTrevin FauntleroyMay 26, 20263.0Nice hotel. Super friendly staff and location close to the mall. About a 20 minute drive to the zoo and downtown Baltimore. The reason for the 3 star rating is because the smoke detector was disconnected and hanging, the bathroom had no ventilation, the pillows aren't great and the a/c is "smart" so difficult to get and keep the room how you want it. Also we reserved a room for 4 but got 3 sets of towels and during the 6 day visit our room was not tended to on the scheduled day and also some of the laundry equipment doesn't work.
