  Not the best location, hidden in the rear of the center. Parking was not super convenient but it was free! Front desk staff were quick and very nice but not very experienced.

  Pretty rough experience here, honestly. I booked a 2 night, 3 day stay with my wife because we are in town for a wedding. We stayed in room 223. The hotel is allegedly under renovations right now, and it is ROUGH. Right on arrival, we’re greeted by people sitting outside smoking. It took a good minute to even get checked in. Just in our first night, we found the elevator controls are duct taped to the wall, found numerous clumps of hair on the floor in the lobby, one in the toilet in our room, an unfinished lemonade still in our fridge in our room, and a dirty sink in our room. There was also a used toilet paper roll in our room. We went out to the pool and people were just sitting there smoking weed, so we just went back inside. The entire place seems run down and outdated, with no signs to really show for renovation. The bed was not a fantastic sleep either — it did the job, but it’s pretty stiff. After our first night’s stay, we were awoken by a false fire alarm (nothing you can do about that I’m sure, but it added to the experience.) We needed a couple more towels in our room, so I asked the front desk, and was told they didn’t have any more clean and would run some up to me. (Spoiler alert: they did not.) Overall, just not good. It’s getting 2 stars because it still technically did the job — gave us a place to stay out of town — but that’s pretty much it. No stars for comfortability, enjoyment, or anything else. Questionable area at best, and more questionable service and environment.

  Do not stay here!!!! Pictures are deceiving! Laziest staff I have ever seen, no towels available, filthy carpet, and paint peeling from the walls. Not to mention that the lobby reeked of marijuana. The only positive part of the stay was the absence of bed bugs. When we went to check out the staff didn't even ask how our stay was. By golly we would've told exactly how it was. Whatever you do, do not expect even minimal commodities. Steer clear of this hotel!

  This place was unprofessional. I was so that I could come early for early arrival which I was paying for when I got there. The person at the front desk was very rude in the situation. Never mind you check in time is not until 12 but I was told that I could check in early. I showed up to the location. They said that my room wasn’t gonna be ready until 12 which I spoke on the phone with the property manager for the hotel and she’s the one that told me that my room will be ready in 32 minutes to an hour. A room was not the best actually it’s almost motel style pool was cool. I enjoyed the pool but had to clean it out. They did apologize for the unprofessionalism and waive my fee but overall it was just a disaster. It’s people living in a hotel.

  Very poor service, called a couple times to try to speak to management and no one calls back, went to shower and shower head came out the wall, no service to rooms, they left sheets on bed no trash taken out, spider webs all over the room. Oh and the wheels to our rental vehicle were stolen when they supposedly have security there until 4-5am… suspect the own employee of the team is in on the theft. Truly saddening, we travel at least 2-3 a year to MD, customer service lacking at this location.
