- BSBob StewartAug 24, 20261.0The staff were amazing, but the condition of this hotel was completely unacceptable. This isn’t minor renovation work—nearly everything appears to be getting torn apart. There was construction dust everywhere, random pieces of metal in the hallways, and wires hanging from the ceiling. It felt unsafe. Our room had no coffee or tissues, and the coffee maker in the lobby didn’t work. To make matters worse, the shower handle fell off while we were using it, leaving us unable to turn the water off. I’m an IHG One Rewards Platinum Elite member, but I received no room upgrade or any other recognition or benefits associated with my status. While upgrades are subject to availability, there was no acknowledgment or explanation. Guests should be clearly warned about the full extent of the construction before booking. Again, the staff were wonderful and did their best, but the facility itself was terrible and should not be accepting guests in its current condition. Given the safety concerns, missing and broken amenities, extreme disruption.

Don't fall for the reviews mentioning recent upgrades—nothing here has improved. A complete waste of money for both locals and international visitors. Avoid. ***CAR OWNERS*** If you don't have wheel locks and a dashcam in your car, your car will get robbed to a extend that you will have no wheels to drive from there. I personally saw two cars without wheels during my stay. THE WORST HOTEL AGAIN!
