I had a wonderful stay. We slept in late that morning and miss breakfast by 20 Minutes . We were so hungry. All of the staff were so nice and accommodating. They were going around doing everything to make sure we were able to eat. Melkame, Bless her heart!! She was able to see us and provide us with a full breakfast plate even though the kitchen had just been shut down. This is top-tier customer service.. I am extremely grateful and will be back. Five stars!!

Great Morning Customer Service, but Communication and Noise Issues Pros: • Spacious & Comfortable Room: Good size, clean, and well-maintained. • Outstanding Morning Staff: The morning front desk associate was fantastic—actively listened to my concern regarding parking and resolved it professionally. Cons: • Unexpected Parking Fee: Website previously listed self-parking as free, but it has been updated to $15 + tax/night. • Evening Desk Customer Service: When asking about the parking policy in the evening, the front desk associate was unclear and unhelpful with an off-putting attitude. • Traffic Noise: Rooms facing or near the highway experience noticeable road noise. Summary: Decent rooms and excellent service from the morning team, but the unexpected parking policy change, evening customer service attitude, and highway noise held back the overall experience.

My spouse made reservations for us in June 2026 for Aug, 3 days and 2 nights. Check in 8/21/26 and check out 8/24/26. Our over all stay was ok. I think they should rethink allowing pets. Somebody's dog whined all night long. Also, we had a time trying to get on the elevator with our stuff on the cart. We waited at least 15 minutes to be able to get on. This was due to only going up to come back down to the lobby. The room was ok. The beds were good, clean and comfortable (I do wish hotels use sturdier pillows). The breakfast was better than I thought it would be. Room problems: was too cold, freezing! I felt like I was getting sick. The mini fridge; we thought it was broken. It wasn't cold at all even though it was plugged in. We eventually saw like a label inside on the side. You were to press there for a "burst" of cold. How is anything to remain cold/safe to have if the fridge not continuously cold (I guess we should have left it out in the freezing room). The room needs more lighting. There's a floor lamp with the tiniest bulb, a desk lamp with same wattage, and a light over top of night stand between the queen beds. The wattage compares to an oven light. The other thing was the toilet. The seat didn't fully cover the circumference of the toilet, it was a little smaller. So some of the base you would be sitting on. But the worse thing regards cancelation. They advertise free cancelation ( if done in stated time frame). Beware!! We were there for an event taking place on Fri. and Sat., special price for rooms. Because we added another day (Sun), it was done as 2 separate reservation, money due at check-in. However, we were not going to be able to stay the extra day. According to our confirmation, we had until 6 p.m. Sat to cancel Sunday's stay. Before we checked in on 8/21 for our Fri and Sat stay, we canceled Sunday's stay (8/23/26). That was done, gave us cancel confirmation email, no charge. We then checked in for our Fri and Sat, checking out on Sun. Well, late Sat evening, we see they took the payment for the canceled stay anyways. When my spouse went to the front desk, they had no reason why, saying it was put on hold. Why, it was canceled on Fri around 3:30ish even though we had until 6 pm Sat, plus we had a written canceled confirmation receipt. Well, they wouldn't return the money. They put a hold on it Fri 21st until Thurs 27th even though they took it less than 24 hrs. How is that free cancelation if you going to charge the stay anyways. Our church uses this hotel to have an event. We're not sure if we will stay again. It was unforseen the extra stay needed to be canceled. I know it takes some time to return funds to a bank card. The problem with this: there was no need to charge the card for Sunday's stay when it was canceled within the free cancelation time frame!!!

We went here once and it was our favorite hotel we'd ever been to. We went back 2 years later and the room was still fantastic, but multiple things went wrong. The final thing that was really upsetting was when we left to do some laundry and came back to find all of our stuff gone -- housekeeping thought we'd checked out when we definitely hadn't. The whole morning we'd had multiple people knocking on our door saying "housekeeping" but they were just staff asking when we were going to check out. Every time we told them "nope, still here. We're checking out at 12:30" so I have no clue how their communication was so bad. Anyway, major disappointment for a two year build up, what a bummer.

Leaving this here, hope it helps. I really did like the room. I do feel like with the air conditioning being set at 65 l noticed my mother, who is almost seventy, was very cold. And there was no heavy blanket for her other than that which was placed on the bed already? And it didn't seem to be a heavy comfort or blanket. The room had a coffee maker, refrigerator. I do think there should be a small card with some instructions so that people don't have to guess where things are. I don't like the fact that she stood there. Knew I was standing there. She sat there, it made me stand there for about 3 minutes. While Erica finished helping another customer. But after Erica finally was able to call my name, she took the need of the white male that came after me. And I also knew he positioned himself different to enforce her attention period at minimum. She should have acknowledged I was standing there. And said that she was doing something, and maybe she just couldn't get with me. And that Erica would help me, but she didn't. I'm not mad about it, but I do think somebody else would completely stay somewhere else because they don't want to experience that type of energy. But the woman may not have had any your feelings toward me. As to why she did it, just the customer service nugget. I do think to some people. It's a little secluded, but I also think that even though it doesn't have a corner store across the street in the gas station isn't with them walking distance. It's still a very good hotel for a good price. It's just not for you if you want to be 122 blocks from mcdonald's or starbucks
