  For a one night stay, there were no issues. There was a line at the front desk due to only one person working at check in. However the process was quick once it was my turn. The room was clean to the naked eye and cutter free. Coffees and teas were not in the room, but there is 24 hour coffee and teas in the lobby. Parking was simple as there were more than one entrances and exits to the building. Breakfast was decent for what I tried: sausage, roasted potatoes, dry cereal, coffee and orange juice. Check out was easy as there is a drop box at the front desk. The carpets in the hallways are a bit dirty but didn’t smell. You can see that the hotel was renovated as some old features peak through. You can hear anyone through the walls but you can hear them while walking through the hallways.

  I booked this room for my family and they said it was a newly renovated hotel and very nice. They had a hiccup at the front desk but it was solved rather quickly regarding the names on the reservation. Their breakfast is limited, mainly cold items.

  Worse hotel ever!! HOTEL LADY, will check in whomever she wants. Early or not and reservations or not. I sat here watched her tell me no early check in ( when I know everything is just a cost) just to check in the customer behind me and the gentleman behind him ( that had no reservation). Poor taste is it because I’m black ? Not to sure

  I lived in MD all my life till 12 years ago when I got married and moved to Virginia.. My friends and family live in MD so when I visit this is my go to hotel. This place is great Its clean , quite, and if you need anything they will accommodate you just call the front desk. They have in the rooms where you can use your own TV passwords for your streaming apps and watch your normal shows. Pool , exercise room, free breakfast that is actually better than I have seen in most places thst I have visited. The room is cozy and comfortable and the staff is friendly and very helpful. They have a shop downstairs where you check in where you can get pretty much anything. If you are coming to Glen burnie maryland I would highly suggest this hotel. You wont regret it. You can also join member rewards and get points for a free night . Breakfast is good here plenty of parking and is located bear local stores and restaurant.

I would especially like to recognize two of your employees, Angie and Sonia, for going above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. Their kindness, patience, professionalism, and willingness to help truly stood out to me. They did more than simply provide good customer service—they made me feel welcomed, respected, and genuinely cared for as a guest.
