The ladies at the front desk on Sun, August 9th, for our checkin were friendly. The blond woman at the desk on Mon and Tues was not. No smile, no niceties, just judgemental looks for some reason.

Went to check and the gentleman in front of me was explaining his needs and the woman spoke VERY rude and then was told to wait as he wasn't even sure if his needs would be met. When it was my turn to check in I asked a simple question about possibly extending my stay one more night because almost all the guests were here for a concert with BTS and there surely should have possibly had something that would be open and she snapped at me VERY rude and said NOTHING IS AVAILABLE, went on line and MENY rooms are available, she refused to check and see what she could do for me and she pushed a paper in front of me a.d said sign. I went to read it and she got louder and said JUST SIGN THERE, and while I was signing it she put the card keys right in front of my face about 2 inches in fromt of my eyes and kept saying HERE HERE HERE. at that point I said something. I said I'm trying to sign and why are you shoving the card keys in my face like that, no response. Now at check out they are blocking the closest place to everyone cars and now we need to around the building just to get outlr belonging to our cars. Rooms are nice but service IS MOT GOOD AT ALL

Ok, we arrived a little early, 1230 - 100 PM. When we pulled up there was a 12x12 pop up tent on the side of the entrance with a group of people smoking, drinking and blasting music. were told we could pay $40 for an early check in or wait until 2 PM. Declined and went out to eat and shop. We were in town for a 50th bday party that started at 6PM. We returned around 5PM and were told we couldn't check in due to a power outage. Was told to check back in a few hours. We took a business card and left for the party, unable to freshen up or change. Before leaving we were told to come back before 2AM or we couldn't be checked in. Throughout the night we called to see if the power was back on and received a busy signal every time. We left the party sooner then we wanted to, to ensure we would be able to check in. We finally got to our room and it was freezing and the remote for the TV was missing batteries. We regulated the temperature and received batteries and went to bed a little after 2AM. We woke up due to being very hot and sweating to find the power went out again! We removed the covers and went back to sleep. We are not unreasonable and understand that things happen, however the staff was not welcoming at all. Considering all of the issues, I would have expected them to be kinder. Unfortunately the was our first and last time here. Also, to be fair, the room was clean and the breakfast was okay.

We had a very nice, pleasant sta , We heard it wasn't so great to stay a while ago, but I guess the change in ownership, upgrades and renovations were nice, breakfast was good, the usual. Rooms were nice, only complaint is the doors to the room and bathroom get stuck and the parking lot a bit trashy, but it was cleaned up a bit upon our departure. I guest some people just trifling and trashy. Pool was refreshing, but also could have benefited from a good sweeping. But good value and great service. Great location.

Came here yesterday because my air conditioner is out, upon arriving the lobby was extremely hot and not well lit. I had to go back later to discuss why I was charged an extra $100, it turned out to be for incidentals, which i was not made aware of. The room itself looked pretty clean, but my boyfriend said he felt bugs crawling around on the chair, the door to the room was nearly impossible to open, you had to body slam into it to get it open. Also the WIFI was out the entire time. My AC was still out so I decided to stay another night just out of convenience. I was met with the very rude woman at the front desk, she took a call taking care of me, it was one of her employees and she was talking extremely rude to the employee, and being extremely obvious about it. She wanted to put me in the room I previously stayed in, but it wasn't ready. The whole time an employee said room 427 was smoked it, probably 5 times. I had room 127, then it comes out, no apparently it was our room 127. I said I didnt smoke in the room, possibly my boyfriend did, but i didnt smell smoke. Then she rudely says it will cost $100 that I was never even aware they were charging me. It was just a lot of nonsense, getting the runaround, I ended up canceling through Expedia and staying elsewhere. Avoid this place like the plague!
