  DO NOT STAY HERE. THE PEOPLE WHO WORK HERE ARE EXTREMELY RUDE. MAINTANCE IS ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE. I WOKE UP TO A VERY VERY VERY BAD SMELL IN THE BATHROOM WHEN I OPEN THE DOOR AT 2AM I THOUGHT I WAS GOING TO PASS OUT. SEWAGE WAS COMING UP FROM THE DRAIN. MY EYES WERE BURNING AND MY THROAT WAS BURNING, 4 DAYS AGO THANK GOD THE SHOWER HEAD WASN'T POINTED TOWARDS ME SEWAGE CAME OUT OF THE SHOWER HEAD TO. I NOTIFIED THE RUDE GUY AT THE DESK AT 2:30 HE SAID I WOULD HAVE TO WAIT. I WAITED UNTIL 12:15 PM ONLY TO BE MOVED TO A ROOM WITH NO AC. GO TO THE RED ROOF OR STAY AMERICA. THIS PLACE IS TERRIBLE. PEOPLE ARE SO RUDE. THE ICE MACHINE ON THE 1ST HAS BEEN BROKE FOR 2 WEEKS. PLACE IS TERRIBLE. There is a strange smell on the 1st they blamed it on my 88 year old mother. Could not believe it. Looking at these reviews other people are complaining about the smell . We were in 104 which is right beside the pump room. Raw sewage was coming up in the drain this morning . We had to wait until 12:15 to get another room. Shame on them. Don't waste your money. Holiday in in jessup is really really nice. People aren't rude like they are here. It's 94 degrees out and they moved us to a room with no AC.WORST PLACE EVER. RAW SEWAGE. WOW.

  Hotel was not very pleasant the rooms were not cleaned the staff was rude parties going on with loud music until past midnight the air conditioning did not work at all if I could rate lower I definitely would oh and when you speak to the staff they made you feel like you were a bother to them we had 11 rooms and all complained about the same thing

  Stayed here for two nights and overall had a positive experience. The room was clean, the property felt well maintained, and the housekeeping staff did a great job throughout my stay. Breakfast was also a nice perk and helped make the stay a good value. The only significant issue I encountered was with the TV Wi-Fi connection. The television repeatedly disconnected from the network and required reauthentication through the hotel’s Wi-Fi portal. Staff attempted to assist, and while the issue was not fully resolved during my stay, I appreciated that the front desk took my concerns seriously. I especially want to recognize the manager who assisted me at checkout. She was professional, courteous, and genuinely tried to find a fair solution and spoke Spanish too . Her willingness to listen and help left a positive impression and ultimately influenced my overall view of the hotel. I hope the property is able to improve the Wi-Fi system in the future but the cleanliness, value , and professionalism of the staff would make me consider staying here again. The cookies and water in the lobby are a nice touch too

  Right off of the highway if you need to get into Baltimore city or Annapolis it’s perfectly situated all rooms have smart TVs. It’s a conversion hotel so everything has been upgraded from the previous brand. Not the most walkable, but most people I think are OK driving or getting things DoorDashed. If you do want to drive and get food, there are plenty of places in the area. If you had towards the Aldi Walmart MVA corridor. Sonia and the front desk team are amazing and very helpful. The hotel staff are present, keeping spaces clean. Is everything that you expect out of the IHG brand hotel, sold right below Baltimore city.

  I arrived at the hotel around 11pm. Drove 3.5 hrs to get there. Was extremely tired. All I wanted was a hot shower and a bed. Walls are very thin and you hear everything. 1. When the toilet flushes or someone takes a shower. It sounds like they're in you're room. 2. There was a guest with a very loud TV. Someone knocked on their door asked them to turn it down. They slightly turned it down. Few minutes later the volume was back to where it was. 3. By now it's 12:30 am in the morning and I'm trying to get some sleep. What do I hear. A group of young kids had access or was staying there. I was on the 4th floor. They ran up and down the hallway. The girls was screaming. The door leading to the exit stairs slammed closed every 20 seconds. Yes, I started to time it. My room was right across the the exit stairs. This went on for the next 2hrs. I got up and opened my door at this time because a fight has now began. They ran down the exit stairs just as my door opened. At this time I saw a security camera. I called the front desk to make a complaint. I asked, don't you see this on the camera? There's one right across from my door. The night shift front desk clerk stated he couldn't see anything. OK, so the cameras are just for show and they don't actually work I guess. They actually was in the parking lot making the same noise. I will be contacting customer service for a room credit or refund. I was able to get maybe 1hr of sleep. This is theeeeeee worst hotel stay I ever had.
