Lisa soCool. Nothing she could do about it (The bartender) but musics SUCKS and is life funeral music. They need better vibes. 4 days there and it sucked each day everyone was so bored there. Its diverse and shouldn’t be just on hill billy country musics

I understand hotels have conventions and I have no problems with service dogs but a warning ahead of time would have been nice since I am highly allergic to dogs and we walk in and there are about two dozen having a graduation celebration I spent the next 2 days on the heavy amounts of Benadryl. Ordered a pizza from the hotel had to wait for it they did not deliver it to the room. The pizza was like the Elio's pizza from the grocery store and tasted just as bad. The hotel itself smelled musty and I found out later that was because of previous flooding. And the breakfast was astronomically priced for the same quality you can get from Golden Corral's breakfast

Very nice stay and conveniently located right next to I-270, giving you easy access north and south. I like the old-school, dated look of this hotel and I'm not sure why. I don't need the fancy stuff like you see at EVEN or Marriott. Give me simple, unrefined, straightforward things like looks any day of the week. The rooms are a good size (I had a king room with a comfortable couch in it that wasn't a sofa bed). And people aren't kidding about that shower water pressure. Wow, that was nice. The restaurant was pretty nice and reasonably priced considering the area you're in. Breakfast buffet is $16.95. Staff is super nice and the housekeepers are quick and efficient. Nice little indoor pool on the lower level and a good-sized gym down the hall from the pool. They had a nice recognition party for their housekeeping staff while I was there, complete with towel animals and towels folded into models of the building and the rooms. That was really cute and quite creative. The A/C worked great. The marketplace has a decent selection of snacks and sandwiches, too. Very happy I stayed here for a week. No problems whatsoever.
