  My room was clean with thoughtful charging options available throughout for my devices. Hot water, very large TV with Netflix etc. Breakfast was decent and tasty and I giggled with the front desk agent who was delightful. I will 100% stay here again. Truly no issues during my stay.

  ⭐⭐ Rooms: ⭐ Service: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Location: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ This is a difficult review to write because the front-desk staff are absolutely amazing—some of the kindest, most caring hotel employees I have ever met. One young man in particular, who has extremely short hair and is featured in a painted picture hanging in the lobby, deserves special recognition. Unfortunately, I do not know his name, but his compassion and customer service are exceptional. The breakfast is fantastic, the housekeeping staff work incredibly hard, and the location is excellent. My low rating is not a reflection of these wonderful employees. It reflects the condition of the property and my room during this stay. I stayed here approximately one year ago, and the hotel was immaculate. This visit was completely different. The carpeting in my room was soaking wet, the room smelled musty, and the strong smell of Fabuloso throughout the hotel gave me a terrible headache. The property was loud, the outdoor areas were dirty and covered with cigarette butts, and both the washing machine and dryers were broken. The entire experience was uncomfortable and nowhere near the standard I experienced last year. I was traveling with my trained service dog—not a pet—and was placed in one of the hotel’s designated animal-friendly rooms. Guests with disabilities who rely upon service animals pay the same room rates and deserve accommodations that are every bit as clean, dry, comfortable, and well maintained as those provided to every other guest. A service-animal room should never feel like a lesser room. I sincerely hope management addresses these problems because this hotel has an outstanding staff and tremendous potential.   Man hört die Autobahn und das Badezimmer ist nicht empfehlenswert. Der Service ist okay Die Klimaanlage ist recht laut

  Was ok except for the bugs, a little run down bathroom wise , ice machines were all broken at least the 2 I checked, free breakfast was good and hot, just never restocked what they put out is what you got, once it’s gone it’s gone

  This was the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. Our room was on the first floor (room 140). The room smelled horrendous and we couldn’t keep the window closed even though it was hot. The smell was coming from the air conditioner. Regardless of how much I sprayed perfume, the smell wouldn’t go away. The hotel and the room looked run down.
