  It’s not really in their control, but the fire alarm went off at 2 am and I had to evacuate and stand outside. No one gave us the “all clear” to head back inside after the alarm turned off.

  Comparing this against similar lodging ( on base primarily or only?) for active duty military, DoW civilians and ID card holders ) it was more accomdating than some the others I've stayed in. The lobby area is expansive, there are a number of options with the free breakfast and it starts early enough for anybody other than the true zero dark thirty crowd. Location on base is close to DISA HQ , the exchange, express shoppette/gas station etc. everything in the room was functional and there are at least some rooms with fitted out kitchenettes. Free guest laundry is available. Downside parking can be eventful to find when heavily booked. No pool but there is a small courtyard accessible from the lobby/ lounge area. . Bottom line I wouldn't have issues staying again or staying longer.

  If you have a pet they won’t even knock on your door to see if you need anything. I understand not walking in but inquire at least. There’s also a very bad smell on the second floor.

  This is a great hotel. I received excellent customer service from Dontrell upon check in. He was very knowledgeable, friendly and professional. He also provided me an overview of the hotel and amenities and my benefits as an IHG member. This is location has great food, excellent staff and centrally located.

  Really appreciate the staff, especially the Manger Greg. I had a complicated billing issue, but he went above and beyond to help me out. Highly recommend
