- CHCiera Huggins2 days ago1.0I had the worst experience staying at this Holiday Inn. This hotel is definitely not family-friendly or kid-friendly. The staff was extremely rude and unprofessional from the moment we arrived. The blonde-haired lady at the front desk had a nasty attitude and made us feel completely unwelcome. The property manager was just as rude and dismissive when concerns were brought up. It honestly felt like they only cared about taking people’s money while treating African American guests differently and unfairly. The atmosphere was uncomfortable, and instead of making guests feel welcomed, they made us feel judged and unwanted. I would never stay here again and would not recommend this hotel to families or anyone expecting respectful customer service.

Contacted the front desk and the lady was very accommodating. Moved me into another available room. I appreciated her prompt and professional service. The general manager even reached out which was very nice. Holiday Inn has always been my favorite! Thank you again😊

- DBDennis BassMar 24, 20265.0Second time staying here. Bad news, they are currently renovating. Good news, the renovation are very nice. Our room was so nice. I was especially impressed with the bathroom. Beautiful shower with nice fixtures. The sink, the mirror and the soap dispenser are quite chic. The bedroom was beautifully decorated. Beds were comfy. Overall, this will be a choice hotel when the renovations are complete. For now, it's still a place I'd come back to. Oh...and it's located very close to I95.
