  Overall, not bad for one night stay. The good: - Bed was fairly comfortable - Room was spacious - Front desk was courteous - Check in was very easy - Room was quiet - close to airport and cruise terminal The not-so-good: - The TV remote didn't work. I had to visit the front desk 3 times before getting one the worked with our room TV. - The TV itself was hard to figure out. - Bathroom floor was dangerously slippery when wet. - Breakfast was just ok. Nothing to brag about. - Shower was dark (low lighting in bathroom) Overall, if I need a quick overnight stay I'd stay here again. No frills, but comfortable.

  The rooms are clean but the decor is out-dated. The carpet is outdated and musty, but the cleaning staff works hard to compensate. I invested in PUR portable air purifier. It makes my stay well worth the money! The front desk works very hard to manage a smooth running shuttle service to BWI, and yes the pool is a little cold but the warmer the water the more testing and chlorination is required therefore more staff is needed and prices go up.You will find the warmer pools at the Best Western Premier, and World Hotels.Keep up the great work staff-You are awesome!!

  Pros: hot water and good water pressure. The restaurant in the parking lot has good food and quick service. Otherwise, my experience was horrible. When I arrived, my room was visibly dirty with several pieces of broken furniture. There was still toothpaste on the walls and mirrors, and the chair is discolored from being so dirty. I found hair on the bedding in one of the beds. I went out to buy a disinfectant spray to feel comfortable staying in the room. The tub drained very slowly, so I was standing in ankle-deep water each time I showered. I would not have stayed so long if I had made the booking myself, but unfortunately, I was traveling for work. I did not report these issues to the staff because I had several coworkers who checked in to similar or worse issues. I preferred to clean myself instead of trusting the staff to clean again. One of my coworkers had sewage back up into her bath tub. She chose to stay in the room because the other TWO rooms offered to her smelled worse. Yikes. Overall I would not recommend this hotel.

  If you’re looking for an inexpensive quick getaway, or even staying local I’d previously recommend best western plus, but now I’m alittle hesitant. I booked a one night stay as a mini relaxation for me, and my babies. The staff was very pleasant. The lobby area was clean. Parking is free. The security deposit has decreased from $150 to now $50. Breakfast available from 6am-10am. Pool open from 6am-10pm. This will work, and it was a spontaneous booking. We were looking for somewhere with an open indoor pool with occupancy, and shockingly there was one room left. I enjoyed our stay mostly, but the downside to the stay was we were booked for a non smoking floor, and I intentionally booked that way because of my children, but when we first got off the elevator to get to our room there was an aroma of smoke I.e marijuana (not really on the hotel, but the guests). There was also, an old/ musty aroma that hit you when you first entered the room. When we entered our room to our surprise we were greeted by two stink bugs. I immediately called the front desk, and a young man was so helpful in coming to the room to assist with the removal of them. He assured me that if we needed anything else let the front know. We thought everything was fine until we went to go to bed, and my daughter (11) jumps up afraid due to another stink bug that came out of nowhere , and was flying around the room. I immediately called the front desk. This time a young lady answered, and she asked me if I had just called about the same thing (she wasn’t rude at all so, I didn’t mind her asking) I made her aware that yes I was, and two had been removed, but now there’s another one flying around. The young woman on the phone spoke with her manager, and made me aware her manager would be coming up to assist. The call was around 9pm I stayed up until 2am waiting, so I’d be able to let the manager in, and no one ever came. I called the front desk again around 10pm, and the phone kept ringing. My daughter had to sleep with the covers over her head due to the stink bugs that would appear, and fly throughout the night. I was awakened early in the morning to another stink bug that was attempting to crawl on my 6 month old son as he slept. Needless to say our stay was ruined, and we did not get to enjoy what was supposed to be selfcare. I am highly disappointed seeing as I am a healthcare first responder who works tirelessly to save lives looking for a quick relaxation for my children while my husband is away working, and our trip was everything but relaxing. I appreciate the staff, and give grace knowing that we are all human, and some things are out of our control, and staff can be limited during these times. I hope this message finds management/ corporate, and a resolution can be rendered to avoid this occurrence with another family that stays. This is the first of this experience here, and we’ve been here before years prior when my daughter was younger and everything was fine.
