  Not a property I'll return to. As unfriendly and dirty of an IHG property as I've stayed. Plenty of better choices nearby.

  I ended up here when a friend was in the hospital down the road so it was very last minute. The staff was SO lovely - everyone I encountered was amazing. Such a great thing for the headspace I was in. Then, the room was spacious & so clean. The dove bath products were so nice. The bed comfy. The pillows lovely. This unexpected stay could have been mediocre under the best circumstances. But under stress and anxiety this unassuming hotel made my week comfortable and better by the friendly faces. I truly don’t know if I will ever need to go back, but I’d highly recommend this hotel for anyone that finds their self needing one in this area!!

  My elderly mother-in-law recently had an extended stay at this hotel, and I cannot say enough wonderful things about the team here. The front desk staff went above and beyond to make sure she was comfortable. They were incredibly patient, accommodating, and graciously assisted with whatever she needed. Highly recommend! Thank you!

  Dear Management Team, I am writing to share my heartfelt appreciation for the exceptional experience my family and I had during our recent stay at the Holiday Inn Express Edgewood-Aberdeen. We reserved six rooms and traveled with four children, so having a smooth, welcoming experience was incredibly important to us—and your team exceeded every expectation. From the moment we checked in to the time we departed, every staff member we encountered demonstrated kindness, professionalism, and a genuine commitment to guest satisfaction. The front desk staff made us feel immediately welcomed, and the support staff who maintained our rooms ensured everything was spotless and comfortable throughout our stay. The cleanliness of the hotel was truly impeccable, and it is clear that your team takes great pride in maintaining such high standards. We were especially impressed by the warm and attentive service from Marc, who consistently checked in with us, as well as the wonderful evening staff member and the three individuals who served food. Housekeeping also deserves special recognition for their outstanding work. While I regret not capturing everyone’s names, please know that every interaction we had reflected a culture of care, patience, and excellence. It was also wonderful to see the leadership supporting and guiding newer team members with patience and encouragement. That kind of environment speaks volumes and clearly contributes to the exceptional service we experienced. The amenities—including the pool—were fantastic, and the food was absolutely delicious. Everything about our stay made us feel comfortable, valued, and at home. I would highly recommend this location over any others and would gladly return in the future.
