  Disappointed and illegal for ADA. When you mark a room as handicapped you need to actually have the room handicap accessible. The two men at the front are idiots. My mom is completely handicapped and desperately needed to shower so when she booked the room she did so because it was a handicap room. They have no grab bars around the toilet at all. They have them in the shower but it’s a tub not an open walk in shower as it supposed to be. No bench to sit on in the shower . This is odd that ada doesn’t do check inns or something. How dare this hotel mark a room as handicapped but it’s not. My poor mother spent that money to not even shower and struggled so much just to get on and off the toilet. Until you’re disabled you have no clue. The beds are horrible they should be ashamed of the quality of the beds. The office when I went to ask for a actual handicap room the idiot said oh it should have poles all over the bathroom never checked no he gave us a room key for a new room that was handicapped but I walked in and someone was in the room it was already booked. What if he was naked? So we get back to the original only halfway handicapped room like the doors where large and room big enough for a wheelchair that is only handicapped thing in that room. Shame on this place. The rooms are run down the breakfast is horrible. I don’t know how this place has good reviews but it’s a joke. My husband said hi to the black man who was the other worker at the front and he looked at him and me and completely ignored us. My husband said umm ok well and he just looked at us. So rude and is this all you can find to work your hotel? Idiots who are so racist, he was rude to a old white man to checking in. Then the other guy who is incharge to stupid giving us a room key to walk in on a guest. The main door to get down the hall way to get to the rooms or elevator is a heavy handicapped push button that sometimes works yes the only door sometimes works . Tell that to a person like my mom if we were not with her she would have struggled because those idiots up front never got up to help with the door they just said “ sometimes it works” how about FIX It! I’m reporting them to the ADA this is unexceptional and to make people who already struggle to do things we take for granted like to shower or use the bathroom they could two craps .

  This is our second time here. We keep coming back because the service is really good. Room are very clean, and the have the best prices.

  Stayed in the 2 queen suite with sofa bed. Comfortable for 5 of us. Was worried reading some reviews but in general was a good stay. The breakfast was the standard hot breakfast but during the weekends there was nice assortment of fresh fruit that I enjoyed. The sofa bed blanket was tattered and the bathroom had a few mold spots on the ceiling. The bathroom door was also loose / off center so it was difficult to open at times. But the room seemed spacious and beds were comfortable (aside from the sofa bed).
