  We ordered online on the weekend of the fourth was never told pool was closed not to mention over 100 degrees the whole time front desk kept saying it was in page 8 only problem was we only got 1 page would not go there again went in my room without my permission ruined are trip no refund for the main thing the pool

  Absolute nightmare experience at this location. We stayed here with our young children, including our 4-year-old son who has special needs. We woke up to aggressive messages accusing us of having kids running around making noise all night, which was 100% incorrect. The noise was clearly coming from a neighboring room. When we tried to calmly speak with the General Manager, Ann, to explain the mix-up and clarify that our special needs child requires a stable environment, she was incredibly rude, hostile, and completely refused to listen. Instead of verifying facts or checking room logs, she aggressively told us to leave the property immediately. Wrongfully evicting a family with a special needs child on the 4th of July weekend due to a clear case of mistaken identity is utterly unprofessional, heartless, and cruel. While she only charged us for a single night, the massive inconvenience, emotional distress, and disruption to our holiday weekend was appalling. Avoid this hotel at all costs if you want competent, respectful, and compassionate management.

  It's a typical HIE&S. It was a convenient location for our weekend activities. King suites was very spacious. The comfortable bed provided an excellent sleep quality. On the downside...3rd floor hallway had a funky smell...sort of stale musty... I think breakfast offerings has lessened over the years, or was it particular to this location? Pancake machine was malfunctioning. Fresh coffee machine was a good alternative to old-fashioned carafe. We made a day trip to Chincoteague, Assateague, and Ocean City, MD.

  Very clean rooms, staff is really friendly and never had an issue staying. 10/10 would recommend.

  Room was clean, after leaving another hotel due to nasty lack of house keeping we came here had a long discussion with evening management about to deplorable conditions of other hotel , management went on about how seriously they to took to being a smoke free facility. Only to get checked in late and being exhausted went into bathroom only to be half choked by someone below smoking and it filling out bathroom with the stench. Called front desk night management (not same as check-in) did not seem to really care. EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED. 200$ to suck on someone else's smoke& disrespect.
