  Attended an event, did not spend the night. The servers were very tentative. The food was also good. I highly recommend this location for events.

  ⭐ 1/5 — Very Disappointing Stay I would not recommend staying at this Holiday Inn. We found a cockroach in the room, which was completely unacceptable. The room also smelled very humid and had a strong odor like people had been smoking in there. It did not feel fresh or clean at all. Bed was hard like a rock. The breakfast was mediocre, and they charge $19 plus tax per person, which was definitely not worth it for the quality of the food. Breakfast was included for us. But don’t paid, not good. Overall, this was a very disappointing experience. Between the cockroach, the smell of the room, and the overpriced breakfast, I would not stay here again. Please think twice before booking this hotel.

  One star for cockroaches, two for how great the front desk was about it. Our room was on the first floor of tower two and the second we exited the elevator we were hit with insane humidity and a must odor. Our room was no different. It had some pretty bad wear and tear and some suspicious spots on the bathroom wall but we were so tired we ignored the red flags. We woke up around midnight to make a wawa run and within literal minutes of having food in the room a German cockroach came out. We immediately packed our things after doing a roach check and went to the front desk to ask for a refund. The man working the front desk was very surprised and apologetic and immediately refunded the room. He even gave us an email address to send pictures to and said they would take it very seriously. If you know anything about roaches, especially German roaches you know that if you see one there are thousands in the walls. The musty odor is probably due to the roach infestation. Despite them being very accommodating, I would not risk staying here.

  I’m have stayed here several times with no issues but this week discovered a dead bed bug in my room. I let the front desk know and they placed me in another room in another tower. I’m contact the manager and customer support but have not gotten any response in 2 days. I would like to know that this hotel has taken the necessary precautions to have the building inspected and treated if need be. I will not be booking this hotel again.

  Management’s approach to breakfast here is an insult to guests and a prime example of the decline of hospitality. They’re charging $19 + tax per person- advertised right out front on an obnoxiously tall, towering sign - for a basic, cramped continental setup with a few muffins and lukewarm eggs. For that price, you expect a proper sit-down restaurant experience, not a glorified motel lobby snack bar. ​Recommendation to Management: Either roll it into the room rate or drop the price to a sensible $12–$15 flat rate (tax-inclusive: e.g., $15 for the first person, $12 for each additional adult). NOBODY wants to see a tacky "+ tax" line item slapped onto a box of cereal. If you can't offer complimentary breakfast by absorbing a <$4 food cost into a slightly higher room rate, just stop offering it entirely. Be transparent, treat people like guests rather than captive targets, and you'll easily be rewarded with better fill rates and happier reviews. If you stay here, do yourself a favor and skip the lobby trap, possibly ruining your morning and do not risk a slap in the face to your sense of hospitality-hit up Bagel Place down the road instead."
