  Stayed one night which was one night too long. Starting at the entrance the tile is cracked, you had to ring a pink cow bell to get assistance at the front desk (the woman checking us in Monday night was nice). There was a horrible smell in the second floor hallway aside from the leaking pipe. The bathroom was absolutely disgusting! There was dirt on the floor, the tub was filthy, and there was the remnants of someone’s shaving in the sink. The woman at Check out on Tuesday morning was rude and I hadn’t said anything about how bad it was. This experience will make me question ever staying in a Holiday Inn hotel again. Should have cancelled as soon as I got there. DO STAY HERE!

  I would not stay here. You are better off in Hagerstown. Hotel is not as pictured. The rooms are okay and that’s being nice, but they are in need of a very good cleaning. Looks like stuff was spilt on the door and walls or it’s condensation and they need wiped down. Bathroom tub/shower, toilet all needs a good facelift. Tub/shower is yellow and old. Hallway is dark and dingy, with a bucket because something is leaking from the ceiling. Smells like must and like it was a smoking hotel at some point. I am very disappointed because it is not what is pictured and does not match to some of the reviews I read.

  Horrible Safety Concerns, Forced Entry Attempt, Damaged Rooms & Unauthorized Billing This was hands-down the worst experience I have ever had at an IHG property. I've stayed at hundreds of IHG properties over the years. My family and I stayed here at the end of May. We checked in late and were verbally approved for a 2:00 PM late checkout by the night staff. At noon, housekeeping pounded on our door. When we explained the late checkout, two employees tried to physically force entry into our room while my husband had the door cracked open to speak with them. We were standing there in our underware with the door wide open. It was infuriating and embarrassing. The hotel manager eventually stepped in and confirmed our late checkout was fine, but the physical aggression from the staff was completely unacceptable. The property conditions were awful: The first room reeked of urine and had an HVAC system that rattled loudly all night. The replacement room on the 1st floor wasn't much better. It had a bullet hole in the window and broken curtains that couldn't close. To make matters worse, I was charged for two nights on my credit card when I only stayed one, and the hotel management refused to issue a refund for the extra charge. Avoid this hotel at all costs—it is unsafe, poorly maintained, and completely unprofessional.

  Do not go to this place. There is no more that needs to be said... We deleted our "membership" we will never return.
