  I absolutely recommend this hotel for any duration of stay! The room was super clean, bed extra comfortable, abd the staff was so friendly, welcoming, and accommodating! Kim was our breakfast attendant and she was so friendly and down to earth. She made the breakfast taste even better because of her warm demeanor! I'll definitely stay again if I'm in the area!

  The room was out dated had to put the ac to 60 to get cool. There was no chair for the desk. Asked front desk and did not get one. Also had no towels in the room. Location was good Breakfast was just okay coffee maker was not working.

  Bathroom had no exhaust fan so it got super steamy fast. There were dirty smudges all over the walls. Dirt in all the corners of the bathroom.Holes in the shade for the window. Broken tiles in the bathroom. You had to put the AC on full blast and put it on 60 to even make the room somewhat bearable. When I told the workers there I was told “sorry to hear that”. After my stay I was sent a text asking about my stay and I told them the issues and sent pictures. I was told that’s cosmetic and not a big issue. I wasn’t offered to change rooms I wasn’t offered to have a cleaner come clean I wasn’t offered anything. This was not what I expected staying at a Holiday Inn Express.

  So till today never had problem at this hotel but today had bad experience I hate when they lie to my face I book king room and I politely ask if they could give me room that look to empty lot so back of the hotel she say she don’t have any rooms so I went up check my room she give me double queens I went down ask her to change my room to king bc I book as king room then She giving me keys to room I ask from start and she told me she didn’t had any rooms I felt bad till today was happy with this place now I’m not even sure if I want to come back again

  I've stayed in this hotel twice (a year apart) and both times when there have been pretty significant waits to check in. The folks at the front desk are super nice and I don't blame them, but it's kind of stinky to drive all day and then stand in a lobby that is somehow at least 20 degrees hotter than the outdoor temperature for many, many minutes. Last year the room was clean and comfy, this year the room was comfy but not clean. And let me preface this by saying that I understand housekeeping doesn't get enough time to clean rooms. There was visible dust on the side tables, there was random hairs in the bath tub and marks all over the duvet. There was also still a "thank you for being a platinum member" card on the desk. The AC was running and working at least a little, but certainly not cooling to any certain temperature. Was it fine? Yes. But if I had paid the retail 160~ a night, I would've been deeply unhappy. As it is, I showered, engineered a lock for the door out of hangers and went to sleep. The bed was still comfy.
