Moldy smell through the hallway. Left an item and called the front desk- very unprofessional and could care less. Not help and lied about cameras at the footage. One of the worse hotels!

I've been staying at Marriot thinking they were the superior hotel but I guess I was wrong. Gonna ditch the bon voy app because the mobile key is a complete joke and hasn't worked at any of the 7 marriots I've been to in eastern PA. Why advertise a feature that you can't get to work? Absolute clowns. Also I've booked through bon voy and The stay gets lost and The points are lost with it. The holiday inn app works a million times better. They don't offer a mobile key but HEY, Marriot doesn't either really. Seems Holiday put more effort into the app. Auto connect wifi is nice too. I'll try these Holidays out and keep y'all posted for as long as I'm working around here.
