Shower was broken and the clerk wouldn't listen to me as to what the actual problem was. Lots of kids and very noisy.

I stayed at this hotel for about 6-7 hrs. Basically to sleep. I was there to provide safety training for another company early in the morning. This facility charged me $500 for supposedly a TV that I broke. I wasn't even there long enough to get decent sleep, much less to even turn on a TV. I filed a fraud charge with my bank only after, there manager continually with that I broke it. In any case, BE WARE of this place and watch your accounts.

DO NOT I REPEAT DO NO EAT THE BREAKFAST. Threwup 10 mins after eating it absolutely foul. Also you better pray there aren't kids stayi g in the room above you. The rooms are old I think $145 is very steep for a room that isn't even modern. But I guess thats just the economy we live in now.

I Compromised My Standards. This Hotel Made Sure I Regretted It.
I am a Marriott Bonvoy Lifetime Silver Elite member. I know what a well-run hotel looks like. I know what clean feels like. I know what basic human respect from staff looks like. This hotel offered none of it.
I made the mistake of booking here to save a few dollars. Every single one of those dollars came back to haunt me.
Let me be specific, because this hotel deserves specificity:
Stained carpets in the hallway and our room. Trash under the bed, not once, but both nights we were there. A sticky bathroom door handle that made me wonder when it was last cleaned. Cold shower water for two consecutive days. A breakfast staff member who interrupted our meal mid-bite to ask if we were finished yet. My husband and I endured every bit of it without a single complaint, because by that point it was clear that this property simply does not operate at a standard worth engaging with.
On my way out — luggage in hand, done, leaving — I stopped at the front desk to get a printed receipt. Out of genuine courtesy, I mentioned that the shower water had been cold during our stay. Not to get anything. Not to complain. Simply because I thought it might help the next guest.
What I got in return was an insult.
The receptionist offered to look into a discount due to the inconvenience. She sent a maintenance worker to check the water — while I was standing there ready to walk out the door. The worker returned and reported the water was hot. My account of two days of cold showers was dismissed on the spot. When I told the receptionist how disrespectful that was, she suggested I should have asked for a different room during my stay.
Read that again. I hadn’t complained about anything. Not the stains. Not the trash. Not the sticky handle. Not the cold water, until I offered it freely as a courtesy on my way out. And the response was to question my honesty and blame me for tolerating it.
I later found out that receptionist is the hotel manager, De’Aja Nash. It explained everything.
The property has a 2.9 rating. I’d seen it before booking and convinced myself it couldn’t be that bad. It was that bad. A low rating at a hotel isn’t a fluke, it’s a pattern, and the staff attitude is always part of that pattern. When management operates this way, the property reflects it top to bottom.
Do not book this hotel. Not to save money. Not for convenience. Not for any reason. Some savings aren’t worth it, and this one will cost you more than dollars.
