The receptionist ( I cant recall her name but she had her hair braided and an accent) she was a breath of fresh air!

When you travel so much for work, it’s always a toss up whether or not it’s a good experience. Now every time I travel up here I make sure to request this hotel. - JJJust JourneeJun 23, 20264.0I stayed here for 43 days while transitioning to a new traveling job. I want to say that the front desk staff is phenomenal. The customer service and attentiveness is top tier. Pros: Gym and workout area is good for a hotel. Complimentary laundry is a good. The free coffee and tea are cute as well. I do think they should do a weekly event or social for the guest. Cons: I don’t like weekly housekeeping I think at the very least it should be every three days. However, every three days I would go down and exchange my towels for new ones. Also I had a rude experience with the onsite general manager. He was the only staff member I can say wasn’t pleasant. I would definitely recommend this as an extended stay hotel. It’s also great for a weekend visit.
