  The staff is fantastic. When we checked in, the valet (I believe his name is Earl) went well beyond his job and got our luggage to our room. The next morning, I enquired of Phil, another valet, about getting our luggage to the cruise shuttle. He told me that his responsibility was as a valet, but that if he wasn't busy, he would do what he could to help. The desk clerk, Alanta, overhead our conversation and told me that, if there was someone who could spell her at the desk, she would be happy to help, as well. Sure enough, Phil appeared at our door and took care of our luggage. The availability of Baltimore's Inner Harbor is great. The building is rather old but extremely well maintained. My only criticism is the shower because the showerhead is much too high to be adjusted and the shower's floor is a bit slippery. All-in-all, a really great experience.

  The Staybridge Suites was a clean and comfortable choice for my most recent visit to Baltimore. Bed was comfortable, breakfast was very good, and there was a parking garage across the street that was easy to use (without needing valet). Anna was particularly helpful at breakfast and cleared our plates when she noticed we were finished. I'd stay here again.

  Nice room, good value, good location just not the best for safety at night, but it’s not their problem. I filled the form in room for IHG, but they didn’t give the points as they committed on the form.

  Un bel posto dove stare a Baltimora. L'albergo ha stanze grandissime, arredate con piccolo cucinino. La colazione è varia e la sala confortevole, compresa la scelta musicale che rende il mattino un buon inizio. L'arredamento, sobrio ed elegante, è reso impeccabile dalla grande attenzione alla pulizia che tutto il personale, gentilissimo, mette nella cura delle Staybridge Suites di Baltimora.

  Stayed here for 4 nights and would gladly come back! We took a redeye into Baltimore so we got here several hours before check in. The staff at the front desk were able to store our luggage while we went out. The lobby has a TV and seating area so we had a spot to wait before the room was ready. Breakfast can get busy but the attendants (shoutout to Anna!) are on it with restocking and cleaning. We had a room on the top floor with low water pressure from the shower but everything else was fine. The kitchen was convenient but there wasn't a dining table to sit and eat in the room. There was a desk and an arm chair which was fine for 2 of us but if you have more than 2 people in the room and plan on dining in a lot then check for a table in the photos. There's free laundry in the basement (you have to provide the detergent) with machine run times posted so you know when to come back for your clothes.
