  We had such a nice stay here, everyone was so welcoming and kind. Huge shout out to Ms Aronta Taylor who checked us in and out, she made sure we had everything we needed and helped us store our bags when we came early. Beautiful building, huge rooms and wonderful breakfast and after hour pantry area too. Will definitely be back next time we come through.

  There was a hole in my window, and the floors were not clean. The hot water did not seem to work, and I was instructed to run both the sink and shower simultaneously to obtain it. To put it mildly, the location was far from ideal.

  Extremely Disappointing Experience Our stay at Staybridge Suites Baltimore – Inner Harbor was extremely disappointing and raised serious concerns about cleanliness and management’s response. During our stay, we found a mouse in one of our suites. Even more concerning, we also saw a mouse running through the eating area in the hotel lobby. We immediately reported both incidents to management. When I spoke with the General Manager, he acknowledged that they were aware of the mouse issue and explained that they have problems with mice because of the older buildings surrounding the hotel. Regardless of the reason, that is not something guests should have to deal with especially inside a guest suite and the hotel’s public eating area. What made the situation even more frustrating was how management handled it afterward. We were told that we would receive a refund a few days later, but the refund never came. I followed up with the General Manager directly and never received a return call or response. The hotel also failed to respond to the AMEX dispute regarding the charges. Finding a mouse in your hotel room is unacceptable. Seeing another mouse running through the lobby eating area is even more concerning. But what was most disappointing was the complete lack of follow-through and accountability after we reported the problem. If management knows there is an ongoing pest issue, guests deserve to be informed, the problem should be properly addressed, and management should stand behind whatever resolution they promise. Unfortunately, none of that happened during our experience. I would not recommend this hotel. The condition of the property was concerning, but the lack of communication and follow-through from management made an already bad experience considerably worse.

  Will never return hete again. Please don't bother going there for following reasons: Aircon on 5th floor broke down on the Friday night, we arrived September 11, 2026. We stayed for two nights and the air conditioning was not resolved. Our room reached 85°C and was unbearable. We couldn't open the window and nothing was offered to make our stay Comfortable. We were not offered another room or even a fan. Absolutely no water pressure in the shower. Breakfast terrible coffee was awful. The linens did not smell clean, especially the Pillows bring your own! No apology given.

  In January I booked a reservation for two rooms in September at this location so we could be close to the convention center. As it got closer to the reservation, rooms in the area were selling out and rising in price due to other events nearby. About two weeks before my reservation, I was contacted by the hotel to let me know they may not be able to honor my reservation due to "renovations" and they asked if they could cancel my reservation. I declined, knowing that it would be very difficult to find new accommodations. A week later I was called back and told my rooms would not be available and they would be cancelled. Luckily, I made reservations at another hotel in the meantime as a backup plan in case they cancelled the rooms. Later out of curiosity I checked again and they had the same rooms I booked available for the same dates at a vastly increased price than my booked price. I was suspicious, but gave them the benefit of the doubt, but it appears they clearly wanted to cancel my room at the cheaper price so they could open it up so it could be booked at an inflated gouged price. Due to this, I will no longer be booking rooms with Staybridge Suites or any IHG property for that matter as I have no trust that my reservations will be honored.
