The location is clean and well maintained the staff is attentive to your needs and housekeeping is the MVP of this location. No detail is missed or felt unattented to. Parking is paid via valet and the rooms are clean but the unexpected surprise was the room opening into a approximately 20 foot ceiling from a kitchette entrance. Breakfast was adequate to get you going. A little something for everyone. Boiled/scrambled eggs, turkey sausage which was a plus since many in my party did not eat pork, make your own waffles, fresh parfait station, drinks coffees, teas and a host of additional items not listed. The location had a 4 because it was the weekend and its about 2 - 3 city blocks from the water which was slightly difficult traveling with some with limited mobility so we had to drive down to the water front but this was not enough to deter me from possibly coming back again in the future. Just have to say THANK YOU for a wonderful stay.

Taylor and Hugh were amazing—kind, helpful, and incredibly patient! Hugh gave us great directions on how to get to the aquarium and even reminded us that discount tickets were available to purchase before we arrived. Their helpfulness made our visit so much easier. Overall, our experience was fantastic! Highly recommend! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Great stay at Inner Harbor! Beautifully appointed spacious, clean & comfortable rooms. But what sets the hotel apart and impressed me was Taylor at the front desk and head of housekeeping. Taylor greeted with a smile and upon my checkout, I expressed interest in a pillow that allowed me to sleep well with my often painful herniated disks. She immediately called the head of housekeeping to get me one. She along with head of housekeeping went out of their way on a busy morning to help me...I cannot thank them enough for their kindness.

I stayed Saturday into Sunday, and the elevators jammed and then broke. I alerted Yennifer, the weekend manager. Alternate way upstairs? Nope. No alternate way up, so walked up to my room on the 5th floor, and called down to ask if someone could help carry bags since the elevator was out. Nope. Carried all of the bags for four people down five flights of stairs. Asked at the front desk if there was any compensation for having to check out of the hotel that way. Just one more “nope.” So do I recommend staying at a hotel where major things break and the staff don’t seem equipped to help? Nope.

I had planned to stay at this hotel for a week, having booked it months in advance (as I knew it could be a busy week). However, upon arrival on check-in day, I was informed that the reservation had been canceled (I wasn't notified at any point; I only found out upon arrival). Ultimately, I had to stay at this hotel for three days and then move to another hotel that cost three times the original price due to the busy weekend. During my three-day stay, I experienced some unpleasant situations: - During breakfast, we had to wait standing because the space only accommodates 30 people, and everyone else had to wait to find a seat. - On the last day, they added water to the shower gel to make it last longer and avoid having to use new soap (the difference in texture between the first few days and the last, when it was diluted with water, was quite noticeable). - The receptionists who assisted us did not speak Spanish. - The hair dryer was faulty and wouldn't turn on. - The rooms were poorly lit. - The elevator floor indicator showed the wrong floors (if I was on the 5th floor, it showed I was on -1). - The TV remotes in the room didn't work. - One window overlooks a building, and the other overlooks a parking lot. However, the receptionist was friendly, and the hotel is located near the Inner Harbor, Baltimore's tourist area. Ultimately, I never received an explanation as to why my original reservation was canceled.
