- PPPS2freak112233 days ago5.0This is a good spot to stay if one wishes to stay in the Baltimore area. The inner harbor is just a short walk from the hotel. The hotel also has a nice social serving delicious food such as potatoes, cookies, and shredded chicken. The vibe is very classic and historical.
- DNDavid Nuckels5 days ago1.0We were arriving before 6pm, and were shocked by seeing multiple drug addicts hanging around by the hotel entrance. My family (kids) were scared, and asked me immediately to ask for a refund, to hopefully cancel at no charge. Its never happened to me before at an IHG location, so i was shocked when they told me they would not refund me/allow me to cancel at no charge, or even transfer me to another IHG product nearby. The front desk person said the area was safe. I did not think this would be a problem to allow me to cancel, due to the circumstances. We sat in our car for a few minutes before deciding to try staying or just to leave, when someone came near our door and wouldn't walk away, and we had to leave immediately for our safety.

- AMAshbel Morales5 days ago4.0When we arrive the hotel seem a little bit dirty in the lobby and we were worry about the rooms to our surprise the rooms look nice the beds were comfortable too. The staff was nice and helpful front desk I believe the lady name was Yenifer she was nice and helpful, Anna in the breakfast area she was very nice and helpful she make sure that we have everything we need :) Also the ladies cleaning the rooms were really nice the staff definitely make it a good experience. I give it 4 out of 5 because the need to get some cleaning in the upholstery and the tile in the lobby.
- LMLisa montanaroJun 28, 20265.0Wonderfully close to the inner Harbor, this Staybridge suites was our launching point to view Sail 250. Every time we entered or left the building we were greeted by name which was so special, and valet parking retrieved our car whenever we needed it. We loved the large airy room with big windows, the kitchenette, and comfortable beds. As a 100 year-old historic building, it has beautiful decor, a gorgeous stairway to different floors with beautiful ironwork, and magnificent elevators. Breakfast was lovely fresh fruit, eggs, sausage, bake your own waffles, yogurt, and cereals and juices. Coffee was good.
