  I was in town for a conference and on checking in, everyone was incredibly helpful and cheerful. The ladies at the front desk, the gentlemen at the door— they remembered my face, my name, and made conversation each time I saw them with genuine smiles and recognition. A big shout out to Carlton who gave me some great movie recs, and asked after me every day to make sure things were good. The women at the front desk (Yorsalem and Erica, I think? So sorry if this is wrong!) were amazing with replacing a missing key card and answering all my questions. There was even a day where the WiFi went down and while that’s hard, the staff stayed positive the whole time. This was my second time staying here and I think it’s become my de facto Baltimore hotel!

  We stayed here for the Morgan Wallen concert and couldn’t have picked a better location. It was only about a 10 minute drive to M&T Bank Stadium, which made getting to and from the concert quick and easy. The front desk staff truly made our stay exceptional. Dakota, Sharmeeria, and Carlton were all incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful from the moment we arrived. They set the tone for a wonderful stay and are a great representation of the hotel’s outstanding customer service. Our room was quiet, and we never heard noise from the hallways or the street, which made it easy to relax after the concert. I would absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Baltimore for a concert, Ravens game, or any other event. We had a fantastic experience and would definitely stay here again!

  Rachelle W. and Dakota turned a stressful situation into an outstanding experience. Although there was a last-minute cancellation due to a maintenance issue, they went above and beyond to make things right by arranging another hotel and then welcoming us back with an amazing room and thoughtful snacks. This is exactly how excellent customer service should be—own the problem, communicate, and take care of your guests. We truly appreciated everything they did and will definitely be booking with Hotel Indigo again and again. Last thing ! Jamal at the front desks gave us a warm welcome and even a snack. What a great team.

  This hotel has AMAZING staff, a great location, and was really comfortable to stay in. I was overseeing a student group at this location and we had a wonderful time. When we first arrived, the hotel manager told us the kids could use ANY part of the hotel, the 9th floor or the lobby, and were super accommodating. The kitchen staff and bar staff were excellent as well, and housekeeping was aware and kind of people being in their rooms. What a great place. I wish I could leave 5 stars, but sadly we had multiple issues with one of the employees at this location. One of the front desk hospitality workers was extremely rude to the kids, disrespectfully telling them they could not continue spending time with each other in the lobby even though the hotel had ensured us that this was alright. Furthermore, this individual put one of our students in the wrong hotel room, and when asked about it, denied doing anything wrong and refused to admit they had made a simple clerical error which resulted in a lot of stress for our management and residential teams. Furthermore, besides being extremely rude at almost every point we had to communicate with this person, they also refused to ask the kitchen if we could have pitchers of waters for the students, instead directing us to purchase overpriced bottled water instead, before completely ignoring our residential team. Overall, the owners of this establishment should 100% review this employees position at this hotel, there is no reason to be rude to young people, and others who are just trying to do their job. One of the worst experiences I have ever had with hotel staff. This being said, in terms of staying at this location it has AMAZING location, AMAZING kitchen (a bit pricey but what can you expect) and excellent maintenance and housekeeping team that were respectful the entire time. And the rooms are quite comfy and the thermostat is very usable.

  We couldn't have been happier with our decision to book Hotel Indigo for our son's wedding weekend. From our very first conversation with Ryan, we knew we were in good hands. He made the entire planning process easy and stress-free, especially when coordinating a large room block for family and friends traveling from all over the world to celebrate with us. From the moment our guests arrived, they felt welcome. The room block was handled seamlessly, last-minute requests were accommodated, and the entire staff went above and beyond to ensure everyone had a wonderful stay.Every member of the team was friendly, professional, and genuinely cared about making our wedding weekend special. A heartfelt thank you to Ryan and the entire Hotel Indigo team for helping make our son's wedding truly unforgettable. We are so grateful for your outstanding hospitality.
