- BSBrittany “Brittany” SAug 14, 20261.0Rooms are terrible overall. Stayed here for a concert. Beds are not comfortable with questionable linen and poor customer service from staff. Some of the lights don't have light bulbs. Noticed alot of flies around. The front desk staff is not helpful or welcoming. Christine at the front desk is poorly trained and has bad manners. I would not stay here again.

If theyre this unhospitabile at the front you should stay anywhere else. Said i need literally 2 minutes they said its going to be a problem if i stay never been talked to like that at a hotel before.

We had a problem with a someone next door to us blasting their music at 3:00 a.m. and for the first ever anywhere out of all the places we've stayed, they was on it immediately!💯👍🏼 Thank you! We also had our small little dog with no problems.

What really made our stay stand out, though, was the outstanding customer service. Assistant General Manager Mackenzie Cole was working alone when we checked in due to a staff call-off, yet he handled everything with professionalism and efficiency. Despite managing multiple phone calls, computer issues, and assisting other guests, our check in was quick, seamless, and welcoming. Throughout our stay, he went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable, even taking the time to check in with us whenever we passed the front desk. It’s rare to see someone provide such attentive service while juggling so many responsibilities. Mackenzie truly made a lasting impression, and because of the incredible hospitality we received, I would absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone. 10/10 experience!
