  Nice staff close to staidiums.only thing that I do would be clean the sidewalk plants and weeds are taking up the sidewalk very overgrown.but other than that no problems

  Found what looked to be a bed bug in bathroom at 6 in the morning. Documented it, alerted front desk asked to speak to supervisor… Supervisor said it’s a baby cockroach, which at this point is like splitting hairs we said. It’s still a bug in a hospitality room, which we are paying for. Asked for a full refund, and a relocation to a different room, manager said could not do that - had to go thru IHG group. Regardless, terrible

  Easy access to Stadiums, but thats about it. Customer service/desk agent Sunday at 545pm 9/20 was generally unbearable. She shouldnt be representing this company. Arguing on a personal call before we approached her and then wouldnt give us a receipt. Because she had to get to her call, and then got back on the call and argued while we waited in the lobby and was extremely rude to other guests coming in. It is insane she works with customers.

  The maintenence man Flavio made this stay!! Give the man a raise! We arrived, unpacked and the ac didnt work. Flavio came, verified it was broken and left to find new room keys. He apologized more than once, and offered us a king room or fans. He brought not one but 2 fans, answered all our questions and was soo pleasant. The staff here ( the reception lady was great too) are amazing. Go ravens! Been to baltimore 6 times ( from canada) and this is my fav hotel

  Check in easy and quick. No issues at all. Check out was just as simple. I did have an 11a check out and should have asked for a late check out since I was waiting for a couple of friends to pick me up. It I was able to wait in the lobby area for 2 hours and the FD staff was still very courteous to each guest. Diamond and Kwame (spelling) always greeted me with a smile. Both were very helpful anf friend with each interaction. Rooms were very comfortable. I appreciate that HSKP came in and refreshed my room everyday. No major issues with the room. Breakfast was as expected. I enjoyed it. They aren't a restaurant, so as every hotel that has a complementary breakfast, its the basics and does its job to put food in your stomach. Overall, it was descent and it did ita job to get me through a busy day. I didn't use the pooll so no comment. I did use the gym. It also did its job of getting a small, but good, workout in each day. It was clean. The location is perfect for a quick 20min walk to Camden Park and M&T Bank Stadium. I woild not advise walking at night, although I did. But I walk everywhere when I travel to get the most of my experience. Overall, i do give it a 4/5. 4 out of 5 just that there is no place to quick get something to eat without walking or ubering. Yes there is the gas stations and also the Horseshoe casino, but no dedicated eating facility or restaurant. But I know that is not the hotels fault.
