  I was there for a facial which was amazing with Crystal. Her service was amazing. I thought the prior directions lacked substance. Also the software to fill our your forms did not work and made me fill them out twice and still didn't register my answers

The staff is consistently professional and the loading dock access is well-organized, making the load-in and load-out process for large-scale furniture installs incredibly efficient for our crew.   The service at Four Seasons Hotel Baltimore is exceptional. Everyone—from the front desk to the valet (Ian, Marlon, Mikey, etc.)—is incredibly genuine, helpful, and clearly takes pride in their work. The front desk director, Jorge, is consistently present and attentive, which makes a meaningful difference. I’m especially impressed that the team remembers my name—it adds a very personal touch. The room is very clean, and the balcony that comes with my room is a particularly welcome feature. The restaurant food is below average, and the lack of a lounge area is noticeable. The pool was also closed during my stay. However, these are minor drawbacks compared to the outstanding hospitality delivered by such a well-run team.

  The Four Seasons is a superb place to stay in Baltimore. The location is impeccable — a 2 - 5 minute walk from numerous excellent restaurants, including the acclaimed Charleston (3 minute walk) and a 15 minute walk around the Baltimore Harbor to the National Aquarium. The hotel provides a delightful view of the Harbor and waterfront dining. Service is excellent and provided with a smile. Everyone who helped us deserves accolades, including Mike (parking), Antonio (front entrance), Leon and James (engineering) and the valet staff. We appreciated the warm welcome at the front desk and the surprise plate of chocolates to mark our milestone anniversary. *But one item that the front desk should have mentioned: We were charged $10 per piece of luggage to store luggage for ~4 hours on our check out date. We should have been informed of this by the front desk when we inquired about storing luggage with the valet. Make sure to ask about luggage storage fees on the day of check out.* The property is undergoing a full refurbishment of room decor and technology, with an estimated completion date of July 2026. We look forward to returning to enjoy it.
