These guys will sell you a room for $700 a night with dirty sheets. This place is a joke and is run by even bigger jokes. Ive stayed at many and will never stay at a four seasons again and obviously tell everyone i know about my horrible experience. Stay away if you are amex fhr this place is NOT luxury and really needs a reno. Front office team barely knows whats going on and the housekeeping staff is crazy and tried to make me change my own sheets at 10pm because i had an airport delay and checked in late. My suggestion is you change the sheets before I check in. Never again. Atay at the marriott just behind and you will have a 10/10 experience and CLEAN SHEETS UPON CHECKIN!!!!!!

We stay at a lot of FS hotels. This is just OK. Place feels a little tired. We were given the wrong keys and had to go back to the desk. No biggie but it was late with kids in tow so it was annoying. Overpriced for what it is.

This property made me realize that the Four Seasons brand doesn’t provide a baseline level of luxury for their properties. I would go elsewhere.
I was in town for a funeral. I asked to check-in one hour early so I could shower/change after the plane and get to the wake. I contacted them with the request a week before. They said they couldn’t accommodate that when I got to the hotel. Ok, fine.
Then, after I waited for check-in, they told me my bags were in my room. I went up, no bags. I called down and the bags came up 30 mins later. Needless to say, I missed the first part of the wake.
Upon looking over the room, it’s not well cared-for. There are rips in the curtains, for example. The hallway and room smelled musty. All-in-all, it’s looked and smelled of a motel. I wish I was kidding.
I tired to use the business center to print out what I needed to say at the funeral on a piece of paper. Both printers wouldn’t work, and one of the two computers also wasn’t working.
There was a concert nearby that night, and there was a message about it in the room with earplugs left.
The lobby is pretty, the pool (we couldn’t enjoy as it was late September), seemed nice. The gym is serviceable, but the treadmills are archaic. That’s about it. Not worth the price tag.
I emailed FS telling them all this and received no response. Stay at The Pendry, or a tier below. Don’t waste your money here.

Hands down the best hotel in the area. Always pristine rooms, comfortable beds, and great service. Absolutely love the tequila bar/restaurant in the lobby as well!
