  Outstanding front desk service However, some janitor sectioned off the parking lot. And unfortunately, my car couldn't back out parking space. He didn't care. We don't buy cars/assets to get them damaged by you and your cones and chains....anyways

  Very nice hotel. Very friendly service at front desk, breakfast and cleaning staff. Free breakfast was impressive for a Hotel and plenty of seating. Room was extremely clean and many channels on TV. There is a free shuttle to most areas in Baltimore. We took the free shuttle (Nice Tip) to Harbor waterfront, return every two hours. Many cruise people stay and park here. Easy location also.

  Roaches crawling around the property Rooms are outdated & dirty.Noisy during sleeping hours.Definitely not worth the stay

  Everything exceeded out expectations. We had to stop by on a road trip suddenly and thought we were going to get a two star experience. Instead we were pleasantly surprised by the good quality, amazing customer service (shout-out to Khalid who took care of my very loud family!), and enjoyable experience. My kids described the hotel as a five star experience and asked to come back again! The hot tub specifically was a massive highlight for them! Thank you for taking care of us on such short notice!
