  We stayed there for one night due to a flight cancellation and had two rooms. Our son slept on the pull out and ended up with bed bug bites covering his body. The room also reeked of mold. This place needs to be temporarily shut down for deep treatment of pests and mold.

  If I could leave no stars I would. The room has a mildew smell, mold in the bathroom, the wall is soft/wet and has been painted over. I went to the front desk the girl asked what room I was in and said there is nothing they can do. I attempted to show her the pictures of the mold and room, she glanced over at them, continued typing, and said "yeah, there's nothing I can do". I immediately checked out. DO NOT STAY HERE! They have caked on paint on top of problems and it's chipping. So unsafe! The health department should get involved.

  The other reviews made me a little anxious about my reservation, but for the price, this place is a gem. It’s clean, it’s convenient, and they have ample parking. Park the car and uber downtown for less than twenty bucks. Great little trip. Room 151 was right next to the lobby, free of the neglect some of the other reviews mentioned. The only downside is the parking lot view from the window. But I would stay again for sure. Mission BBQ is across the parking lot. I Ubered down to the downtown and walked across the bridge to Carrol’s Creek Cafe and ate outside for a beautiful view of Ego Alley and some delightful food and drinks. Getting an uber in this area is quick and easy and beats parking. The downtown area is incredibly walkable and from the hotel only about 3.5 miles in total.

  If I could rate this lower than one star, I would! Booked and got confirmation for a room sleeping 6, was told at check in that this did not exist. Their only option was to give us a rollaway bed. Leaving one of our party with no where to sleep. Ants everywhere in our room. Makeup and BLOOD on the sheets and comforter on one bed. Went to tell front desk, was told "I'm the only one working, I don't know what you want me to do." As I explained changing the bedding was a good start, person working the front desk started rubbing his eyebrow with his middle finger. Was told that he didn't know how to do that, ended up giving me new sheets. Elevator on the second floor would not come when button was pushed ... Had to call front desk to come push the button from the first floor. Left after one night because none of us felt comfortable staying there. Currently fighting for at least a refund of the second night. Management has done nothing to be accountable, and nothing to remediate. Don't know that I've ever had a worse hotel stay.
