  If I could rate this lower than one star, I would! Booked and got confirmation for a room sleeping 6, was told at check in that this did not exist. Their only option was to give us a rollaway bed. Leaving one of our party with no where to sleep. Ants everywhere in our room. Makeup and BLOOD on the sheets and comforter on one bed. Went to tell front desk, was told "I'm the only one working, I don't know what you want me to do." As I explained changing the bedding was a good start, person working the front desk started rubbing his eyebrow with his middle finger. Was told that he didn't know how to do that, ended up giving me new sheets. Elevator on the second floor would not come when button was pushed ... Had to call front desk to come push the button from the first floor. Left after one night because none of us felt comfortable staying there. Currently fighting for at least a refund of the second night. Management has done nothing to be accountable, and nothing to remediate. Don't know that I've ever had a worse hotel stay.

  Booked through expedia.com, total visit price shown was $90 less than what was charged, not including the security deposit. Elevator only went up, had to take stairs down, not notified only found out by a notice taped over the button. Hair in shower, sink, n food left in microwave! Do not recommend this establishment.

  Updating 4 to 3 stars at checkout: Unfortunately, the shower did not drain and there are mold spores in several places in the bathroom. Additionally, the TV remote do not work despite my attempts to recharge it myself. Also, without my consent they signed me up for IHG rewards. I asked them to reverse it they said they did but of course they did not. Overall, this was a reasonable stay for the price. While I did encounter a few harmless spiders in the bathtub one morning, the remainder of the experience was generally satisfactory. The bed was comfortable enough, though the pillows were quite firm despite the number provided. The room itself was clean and adequate. I was traveling with my dog, and I appreciated how accommodating and pet-friendly the staff were throughout my stay. The location is a strong advantage—there is a shopping town center just a three-minute drive away with a variety of dining and retail options, which was very convenient. Breakfast exceeded expectations, with a good variety of options and particularly enjoyable coffee. There were a couple of challenges worth noting. Noise levels in the hallways late at night and early in the morning (approximately 12:00 a.m. to 3:00 a.m.) were disruptive, with guests speaking loudly and coming and going. Although I notified the front desk, the issue was not effectively addressed, and more proactive noise management would have improved the experience. Additionally, I was automatically enrolled in the IHG Rewards program without my request, which required follow-up to reverse. That said, both the front desk staff and management were friendly and helpful. Overall, I would consider staying here again if I needed accommodations in the area.
