Had a very difficult exchange with one of the desk clerks about room rate pricing. When I told her what was discussed over the phone with a rep, she told me that those reps don't know anything and that they're in India.

They also don't have complimentary coffee and charge you $3.00 for a crappy 8 oz cup. The room is clean and comfortable but they nickel and dime you.
- AGAdeen GonzalezAug 4, 20265.0Great location across from the Annapolis Mall. Check in was quick and staff was friendly and knowledgeable (unbelievable how hard that is to find nowadays). Room was clean, as was the lobby and hallways. AC Units are updated to a new version that doesn’t blind you at night (but still plenty of “white noise” from the AC). Shower has the larger soap dispensers which is always nice compared to those useless tiny ones. If I had one complaint, it’s that the elevators for whatever reason were unreasonably slow. Like if you were on the second or third floor, it would take about 5-10minutes for an elevator to get to your floor, down to ground, and open. I’d take the stairs unless you got an upper level. I would stay at this hotel again!
- MGMARK GRAYJul 24, 20263.0My initial room had a bad smell. Informed the front desk they told me they were book up for the night and I reserved 3 night. We could not take the smell for 3 days. We started looking around for other hotels to stay in. Called back to the front desk after 30 minutes when we were told they would look into the oder with house keeping. This was about 10pm, after no call call back we made one last attempt and spoke with an older lady who seemed more empathetic and moved our room right next door to an available room which tells me the gentleman I spoke to was not being forthcoming. Breakfast was wonderful and the selection was appreciated. The biggest disappointment was the pool. It appears much larger in the picture and hot tub was out of commission...
