  The hotel has a laundry room that's free for guests. Just bring alone some laundry pods,and you will be good to go! The location is in a great place. You are literally close to everything you can think of. Also, it's a community pool near as well. Book this hotel you will not go wrong. Also, it's a small kitchenette in the room equipped with all necessities except napkins!

  On 3/28/25 the staff were very rude and provoking. The housekeeper, Bobby, knots on the door and says, "Are you staying or not?". I was surprised because today is not my check-out day. This interaction was unnecessary becuase he had the information on his clipboard. I spoke with Regina, front desk person, via phone who was condescending. She stated that she would inform management. A few minutes later, Sunny, front desk came to my room. He stated manager was busy. He was very rude and unprofessional. Another guest came out of their room to complain that Bobby was loud and rude. The other guest stated, "Bobby came through like a police raid. " Because of the rudeness of the staff, I canceled my reservation for next week. I am sadden by the way my famy and I were treated. As a Dimond Elite Member, I'm taken aback by staff aggressive behavior.

  On 3/28/25, the staff were very rude and provoking. I am on vacation, and midway through at 10 am, the housekeeper knots on the door and says, "Are you staying or not?" I asked what does the reservation say. He looked and had the information on a clipboard. Therefore, there was no need to knot on the door. I called and asked Regina, front desk person, is this the protocol. She sounded like she didn't care and said she would inform management. A few minutes later, Sunny, front desk, came to my room. He stated that the manager was busy. He was very rude and u professional. Another guest came out of their room to complain that Bobby was loud and rude. The other guest stated, "Bobby came through like a police raid. " Fyi, the door magnets do not stay on the door. Lastly, I have canceled my reservation for next week. As a Dimond Elite Member, I'm taken back by staff aggressive behavior I emailed Victoria, manager, and hopefully will get a reply.

  The picture from a Google search for this hotel shows an Extended Stay hotel. This hotel was totally refurbished and looks like a new hotel. The staff is great (Sonny) and it was a pleasant surprise, especially for the price. I had a King room, it had a full-sized refrigerator, a two-burner cooktop, a microwave and even a dishwasher. The mattress was very comfortable and the room was clean and looked brand new. They even have a free guest laundry that is well-equipped. I could have stayed for a week and not missed many comforts of home. This review may sound like it was written by someone connected to the hotel, but I am just a satisfied guest. I usually visit Annapolis four or five times a year as a getaway and this is my favorite yet. The listing on the Google search says this is two-star, but is easily a three (which is great).
