Abby, the night manager, truly saved the day! We arrived late from the airport only to learn that the DoubleTree had overbooked and left us stranded without a room. We called the Best Western, and Abby went above and beyond to help us secure a room at the last minute. She was incredibly kind, helpful, and accommodating during a very stressful situation. We’re giving five stars because of Abby’s outstanding service. She was truly a lifesaver! Thank you, Abby!!!!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Considering that my goal was to find a well-located hotel that would allow me to explore the city without long commutes, while also being clean and comfortable, this hotel was perfect for what I needed. We mainly used the hotel to shower and sleep, and it met our needs perfectly. It’s a simple hotel, but very well maintained and efficient. The staff was extremely friendly and welcoming, the breakfast was just right, and the room was clean and comfortable. For the purpose of our trip, I couldn’t have asked for a better choice. 1,000 stars for everything! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Most accommodating staff, very clean and affordable. After a nightmare travel experience and an online booking they could not pull up, they were able to assist our group in getting a room quickly. Staff was kind and understanding

I had concerns when driving up, but we felt safe and comfortable the entire time. A few cosmetic issues in room, but it was VERY clean and comfortable. The staff was very friendly and helpful. All rooms open to the exterior, so I had concerns but all was good. Breakfast was delicious and had good options. If you watch carbs for diabetes, your options are somewhat limited if a picky eater, but that's the case for most hotels. My family of four stayed on a Friday and we enjoyed our stay. We would recommend and we would stay again!
