  Nice Holiday inn in a unique shopping area. The Lobby and common areas are clean and well maintained. The room was clean and found no major issues during my stay. The lady at the front desk was kind and helpful.

  Had a event here, it seemed clean and nice from seeing the events rooms. Staff was helpful. The parking lot is confusing in some areas due to other business & blind spots.

  We were impressed by this Holiday Inn property! The common areas and rooms are well-maintained and clean. Extra thank you to housekeeping because the tiny details of our room were clean (i.e. shower curtain bar was clean when wiping the top of it to hang a towel from it)!! The breakfast area is well-organized, clean, well-stocked, food was fresh and did the job to get our days started. The beds and pillows (haven't had such nice pillows even at high end hotels!) were comfortable and did not feel like I was laying in a past guest's body imprint. The staff were super courteous, helpful, professional, and very patient considering they were mostly occupied by many 11 year old baseball boys and their families. The pool area was spacious and warm. This property seems to be well-managed and run so hold onto your employees because they're great!

  Came to check in at 245pm. The lady said that the room was not ready. I said, ma'am, I have a the highest status you can get, I should have preferred check-in. She said, it's probably gonna be 3pm before your room is ready, I looked at my phone. It is now 249p. I looked in the lobby area, about 10 people hanging out. I asked, are all the people waiting. She said yes. No rooms will be ready till 3pm. I was listening to the other folks sitting around, apparently none of them booked through IHG. But they all got there rooms 1st. Im not saying that I deserve to get a room before anyone, but that is why I stay at IHG so I can take advantage of the perks that I have earned for always staying at IHG.

  Great hotel for kids. My two children loved the pool and gameroom. Breakfast was above average. We just happened to be here during a baseball tournament weekend and the place was so happy and filled with children and adults convening in the lobby. Sweet sight.
