  I had an amazing stay! The staff was incredibly friendly and went out of their way to make sure everything was perfect. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the breakfast was delicious. Can't wait to come back!

  I booked this hotel TWO DIFFERENT TIMES and both times I got there and denied me a room because of construction and they were sold out. The problem isn’t that they were sold out due to construction, the problem is why was I still able to book online???? Shouldn’t you update your inventory??? Both dates were a month apart mind you, plenty of time to update the inventory. I booked through Booking.com, so I contacted them for a refund. Booking.com needs to send an email to the hotel for confirmation, which is fine that’s understandable. This hotel didn’t answer them for over a month… it took me calling Booking.com and after MULTIPLE touch point attempts booking had to go out of their way to call the hotel, speak to them for 30 minutes to then process the refund….. for one of the bookings. I’m still working through the other booking, and of course the hotel didn’t get back to booking when they called. So here I am 2 months later still figuring this out. Unbelievable

  Christian was awesome! He was very friendly to my girlfriend and I. Check in was very easy. Parking is decent, but my favorite part was the breakfast buffet. It changes everyday but it was marvelous. 10/10 would give 50 stars if I could

  Tive minha primeira experiência nessa rede de hotéis e estou muito feliz com a excelência do serviço. Sou brasileira e o hotel disponibiliza de atendimento em minha língua. Me senti muito à vontade e em casa, em especial quero dizer que o Thalys foi SENSACIONAL no atendimento. Ele merece um aumento, o melhor atendimento que já recebi nos hotéis aqui. Na limpeza também quero falar da Rita, brasileira, muito amorosa também. Gratidão! I just had my first experience with this hotel chain, and I am absolutely delighted with the excellence of the service. I am Brazilian, and the hotel offers service in my native language. I felt completely at ease—truly right at home. I want to give a special shout-out to Thalys, whose service was SENSATIONAL. He deserves a raise; it was the best service I have ever received at any hotel here. Regarding housekeeping, I also want to mention Rita—a fellow Brazilian—who was incredibly warm and lovely. My sincere gratitude!
