  The overall experience wasn't bad, however we just had many problems. Our room keys didn't work on three different nights out of the five. They didn't work on the inside or the outside doors. It wasn't just us either. It was the room across from us had to have their door knob drilled out and replaced at 10:00 at night. The trash cans never had bags in them, we asked for some different pillows and they acted as though we were a bother by requesting different types of pillows. My wife is highly allergic so down so we needed some alternate filled pillows. We were completely dismissed upon our request and had to go to Walmart and buy pillows. Our AC AC is either backed up or clogged or something but there's water all over the floor and the carpet is wet. When they came in to clean they didn't swap out toilet paper.

  Great place, great atmosphere. Me and my son enjoyed our stay there. The food was good, we enjoyed the pool. Only issue the beds were a little too high for me as well as the tub. Overall, great stay. I will be visiting again.

  Bro this place is the worst hotel I’ve been to in 20 years of traveling. Fridge was broken, elevator was smaller than a potato, and no microwave. NEVER COME HERE UNLESS YOU WANT SPOILED FOOD AND YOUR MONEY BACK IN 3 HOURS. WILL NEVER COME BACK.

  La 1ere chambre qui nous avait été attribué sentait le renfermé et la cigarette.(#309). Nous avons demandé de changer de chambre. Nous avons dormi 3 nuits, à chaque jour nos cartes ne fonctionnaient plus, il fallait redescendre à la réception se faire réactiver les cartes. C'est inscrit déjeuner compris, mais même pour une réservation de 4 personnes, il y a seulement 2 déjeuners d'inclus. 22$us par déjeuner... C'est une info intéressante à connaître à l'avance. Notre réservation était pour 4, seulement 3 kit de serviettes. Dû demandé par 3 fois avant d'en avoir d'autres. Manqué de papier de toilette/Kleenex. Demandé par 3 fois avant d'en avoir. La toilette a bouchée, c'est mon conjoint qui a essayé de déboucher avec le siphon que nous avons dû aller chercher a l'entretien. Quelques jours nous avons constaté que nous avons eu des surcharges surprise sur notre carte de crédit. Nous avons appelé pour explications, cela a tourné en rond et le service a fini par nous raccrocher la ligne au nez. Très difficile d'avoir un autre appel. Après 3 jours, reçu le 1/4 du remboursement dû. Donc malheureusement pour nous, pas très bel expérience, très déçu et beaucoup de frustration.

  While the room and location was good, from my check in experience onward I've had multiple issues. The front desk was very kind upon check in although at least 2 people came up as I was checking in with room issues. Upon check out the next day I asked for a copy of my receipt and was told it would be provided to the 3rd party I'd booked through later in the day. ? When I requested again I received one with 3 days of incidentals on it even though I'd stayed one night. Was told I'd receive finalized copy via email. I have since left voicemails, called multiple times, spoke to customer service and still haven't received the actual copy of my receipt. Very disappointed, would not recommend.
