My stay is always very pleasant.Mrs.Claudia at the Front Desk welcomes me with a very friendly smile.she always has some nice welcoming words to make me feel comfortable. She is helpful and very people oriented.,and finds a solution for your situation. Mrs.Arlinda in the breakfast room also greets everybody with a happy warm smile, making me feel at home.she fills up immediately any item on the breakfast buffet that has been eaten up. Thank you very much for your hospitality Auguste Clart

Claudia is awesome . She is very helpful and professional. I love to come to this Hotel just because of the caring and love she put on her job . She deserves to be rewarded . We don’t see people like her nowadays who put so much effort in the service . Thank you Claudia for a great stay like always !

Very pleased with choosing to stay here. Our flights got delayed and we only arrived at 2 am. The reception girl was very nice and offered us snacks and water, which was very much needed and appreciated. The breakfast was also above average, with a good variety of options. Room was clean and without any unpleasant smells. I would definitely recommend them for their hospitality, cleanliness and a good breakfast.

I am usually here and appreciate the little things that the hotel has to offer such as the complimentary breakfast, free coffee all and wifi, comfortable beds, and wifi. Great customer service from Claudia who usually works at night and I would suggest should work in the morning. Not so great service from other staff who don't smile and should have better customer service skills. That was the reason for my rating and it would have been higher if not for certain staff members. Overall I still like this hotel a lot especially for its easy access to highways and restaurants.
