    This was our 3rd year here, and have to say it has gotten worse every year. This year put the icing on the cake, our room was supposed to be a queen bed studio, the bed was a double bed. When I told the manager, she just laughed and said those are our queen beds.

    Don't book here the girl Mary that worked at the front desk was very rude to my husband when he pulled out his chime card then she said no no we don’t take chime when we booked the hotel through Expedia and they didn’t have any description about what banking or what card they use they already charged us $174 plus $100 deposit and then she says that they can’t take it and she was very rude and with a nasty attitude

    Only positive was Mitch at front desk was very pleasant at check in. Otherwise, not worth the price. First & ONLY stay we will ever make at a Candlewood Suites. Room was gross. 1 bedroom suite had a sticky kitchen floor. We believe it was the adhesive coming up from the vinyl flooring that was old & coming apart. Could have been from something else but we refused to look closer. Would not put anything on any floor. The rug & living room furniture all looked like they were as old as the 80's. Did touch a utensil nor use the kitchen. The tea bags provided in room had sticky wrappers. The bathtub faucet never stopped dripping, the toilet paper holder literally fell off the wall as soon as it was used, cracks in walls, poor repairs attempted throughout, and killed 2 baby spiders in bathroom. Tiles falling off bathroom wall as well. No extra blanket in room. Hotel hallway was freezing. They do not serve any breakfast but offer an added snack room where you can pay for food. IHOP next door was equally as gross.

    I stayed on the 3rd floor, and the entire level had a terrible, lingering smell that made the stay uncomfortable from the moment I arrived. There were no vending machines or ice anywhere on my floor, which was incredibly inconvenient. The carpets were stained, the room was stocked with only one shower towel, and it felt like the hotel cut corners in just about every possible way.Overall, the experience was cheapened at every turn, and I wouldn’t choose this property again.
