    Convenient location and friendly staff makes this hotel an excellent choice. It is about a half a mile south of a nice running/walking trail along the Connecticut River.

    Jennifer was great and friendly. She took care of us well here. Helped us with a few minor things during check-in with a smile and grace and was crazy nice!! She helped me set up my Best Western Rewards account as well. She went beyond when others weren’t as nice. Would stay again! Overall my room was very clean and smelled great.

    Apon arrival, We were greeted by the front desk attendant Jennifer. She was very helpful and kind through out our entire stay. Very professional and genuine! Jennifer was no doubt the highlight of our stay. The room was mediocre, the complimentary breakfast had many choices, although the breakfast room needed attendance as the tables were not cleaned off in between guest, the counters were sticky, the hot selections were resting on stained paper towels in the warmer which seemed unsanitary. other than that our stay was not so bad.

    Location is really the best thing about this place. It’s just blah not gonna sugarcoat it! Just nothing special! Basic rooms mediocre breakfast but cheap
