  We had an excellent experience with Holiday Inn Express Boston–Waltham, even though we did not end up staying at the hotel. We had a reservation but had to cancel one day before arrival because of an unforeseen circumstance. We understood that we might be charged for one night and were prepared to accept the fee. Fortunately, the hotel did not charge us. We truly appreciated their understanding. This level of customer service left a very positive impression, and we would gladly consider staying at this hotel in the future.

  The hotel is nice, and is a good.locati9n to access Boston or anywhere else in the metro area. I am giving it one star for service, because the only service I requested was when we left in the morning, and I asked the guy at the front desk if they made up the rooms. He said yes and took down my room number. Of course when we got back seven hours later it wasn't made up, we had no towels, etc. Maybe if he took his ear buds out and made eye contact with their guests instead of playing in his phone it would have gotten done?

  We asked for a suite paid for a suite . They call us in our way to tell us they over booked . But they would give us an extra room free! Got there at 3:30 one room ready the other wasn’t ready until 5:00pm !!! Worst rooms they could have given us . Stair door slamming all night long . Breakfast was NASTY !

  when i checked out the staff automatically paid using my Canadian card on file. i said no i want to pay with my USD card. and she let me tap to pay. i thought that was it. when i got home i only realized that they charged my Canadian card. why am i paying conversion fees when i dont have to? please refund to my Canadian card and charge my USD card please.
