  In early March I made a reservation for a room in May. I had to cancel the reservation on April 20. I checked my credit card statement and these fraudsters charged me for the room 2 1/2 months in advance and I have yet to be refunded after I canceled. I will never stay in a Holiday Inn and will only do business with Hilton Hotels whenever possible.

  We stayed here for a two night weekend. At check in the gentleman charged me a $100 dollar deposit for having a child with us (we already paid this online). He then would not let me take the room and requested I call my partner to give him permission to give me the room (the room was under my name). He then said our room was not reserved and all of our information “was lost” even though we had been calling prior to check in before making the almost 4 hour journey and to see if the pool was open. After attending a wedding we arrived back at the hotel room and found they had remade the beds with the same sheets, and refolded the towels that were laying on the floor. I noticed there was mold along the silicone lining around the tub, the stopper for the tub was broken, and the handle for the shower and water temperature was falling off. I had to put it back on the hardware multiple times. There was mold on the drain or the sink. The ice holder’s cover was broken in multiple pieces and I could not pick it up without it falling apart. Only some lights were working. The phone in the room was not working and After trying multiple times to get a call through it dropped the call. I brought this to the attention of the front desk, they did not apologize or offer to move us, they said “we will notify them”. We will not be staying here again. This was over priced and we had a terrible stay. I am still waiting to be refunded on the $100 for having a child with us and have many questions why we were charged double for this “deposit”

  We stayed at this hotel and booked a room block for our wedding and were very happy with everything! The rooms were clean, the staff were friendly and helpful, and the location was perfect (right near our venue). Thanks for a great stay!

  I’m extremely disappointed in my stay here at this location. I was falsely accused of doing something and also charged for something I didn’t do. this maid Liz doesn’t have any customer service. she entered my room w out permission. claimed that if there wasn’t a sign up she could enter. I feel violated and I will never stay here again. I flew in from texas and she threatened to “kick me out” she was so rude and doesn’t need to work there if she doesn’t know how to do her job. she accused me of smoking in the rooms because she seen a a piece of a paper that was smoked OUTSIDE. she kept saying “if your smoking in here it’s gonna be a charge” I kindly corrected her & she then proceeded to say it x3 times which at that point my girlfriend became irritated and argued with her. She felt embarrassed in front of her crew and let her emotions get the best of her. she lied to the management and told them we were smoking in there. this is a indoor facility and I paid over $400 for my stay. i’m WELL AWARE that wasn’t allowed and being that I was from out of state I wouldn’t have did anything to disturb my stay I had no where else to go. the towel here were SOOOOOO dinghy some of them were grey! she need to be taught how to do her job. this experience left me violated, gave me extreme anxiety and they stole money from me that I didn’t have.
