  Clean rooms . Nice buffet area . Staff are friendly and helpful . The only issue is the homeless people outside and not enough parking area in the back . Becareful at night its loww light in the parking area and homeless got inside the buffet area , they should get a security guard. Other than that was worth the price.

  I stayed here on Saturday June 13th, hoping for a restful night before a track meet early the next day. Spoiler: The only race was the one in the hallway—teenage boys, a door-slamming relay, and the "we're trying to control them" management team. I went to bed at 9 p.m. only to be woken twice—first by hallway chaos at 10:00, then by another round at 11 p.m. When I called down to the desk, the manager admitted they'd been dealing with it all night (I'm guessing it was the "nightly entertainment") but gave me no indication he would put an end to it. I personally had to give a hallway "closing speech" to the belligerent teens to stop the show. Let’s not forget the ambiance: one working elevator for eight floors, limited parking, and bonus if you didn’t find a spot, a scenic walk to a garage blocks away. Gritty is a kind way to describe the lobby. A special shoutout to the silent GM, Sarabjit Kandhari, who never followed up after I specifically asked the front desk when checking out to have her contact me. If you like interactive hallway experiences and unreliable service, this is your spot! Otherwise, run—but please, quietly!

  The staff were courteous and friendly, parking was horrible due to construction to their parking lots so I had to park at the convention center parking lot, which the Holiday Inn Express did cover so did not have to pay. Breakfast is what you would expect for a continental breakfast.

  We stayed at this hote forl 4 nights. Our room was great! Everything was clean and well maintained. They have laundry on 2 floors. The gym was nice for a hotel gym. They have a pool. Breakfast was great! The employees were nice and the service was good overall. Everything about this hotel was great except for the parking. Their lot is currently under construction, so there is very limited parking. They said they had an agreement with the convention center, but they weren't always honoring the agreement. So that left us parking on the street (at a meter) one night and at the casino (a few blocks away) one night. Two nights we were able to get one of their designated spots. If it wasn't for the parking I would definitely rate this hotel 5 stars. They need a solid agreement in place for alternative parking until their lot is ready for use again. The current way they are managing parking is not acceptable.
