We stayed here for 2 nights, after seeing great photos and reviews. First impression is they are extremely overpriced in pretty much every aspect. The horrible/limited food options are airport price comparable. We tried one restaurant and the server was rude, and the menu didn’t offer much so we had drinks and left (he was visibly annoyed). We also tried a walk up spot they have connected to a bar (same kid we had as a server the night before) and got the same short/rude “service”. The rooms they show online are the beach front rooms only. They are definitely cleaned up/Photoshopped to look a lot nicer. They’re dark, dreary and have AC set ups that make clunky noises throughout the night. Not to mention, the sheets feel like they are made of newspaper and pillows are absolute trash (bring your own). There is also no microwave in the room, and the fridge is not great. If you plan on winding down at night with like your Netflix or Hulu, etc., make sure you bring a Roku stick or Firestick Because the TVs aren’t set up. The cherry on top - when we checked in my wife who is eight months pregnant, asked that we could be put on the first floor and she was told to “it’s only one flight of stairs“ - overall, it’s not the worst spot to stay but this isn’t a place we’d come back to.

4 stars for family's 3.5 stars for groups 3 stars couples Room: The ocean front suite or room was fine but the view was in-between a bar and a break in the walk way to get to the beach. So, no privacy without closing the curtains. Honestly, not worth it and wasnt what we wanted came with no perks. Just book a regular room. Cleaning- some dishes were dirty but put away the mini fridge was broken and the sliding door lock was busted. How they didnt see this beyond me. We waited few hours for this stuff to get straightened out. Front desk manager made no We are sorry offer ie like a free pizza from thier restaurant while we waited.... The middle pool was for kids... The beach was really nice. Cafe was good.. Didn't try resturant. Family's perfect, group of friends good. For a couple this isn't really the spot.

Just got home from 5 days at the Riviera.😭 The family loved it. The room was great, every pool, inside and out, were meticulously cleaned and maintained. The staff were friendly and attentive. Even the Jonah's restaurant was great for lunch and dinner. For anything you want to do, eat or shop for, it's a quick drive done the road. We look forward to our visit again next year! It's definitely our new favorite resort.

We enjoyed our stay overall. The beachfront location was beautiful, and the indoor pool was great for the kids in the rainy weather. The rooms were clean. The only disappointing part of our stay was that the guests next to us were smoking marijuana on their balcony and in their room, and the smell came directly into our room and our balcony. We called the front desk and also reported it through the hotel chat but it continued to happen all weekend. They did not offer to help in any way, such as move rooms. All they had to do was walk in the shared hallway to smell it. I understand that hotels can't control what every guest does, but I was disappointed that the issue wasn't resolved after we reported it. We chose this hotel to relax with our kids and enjoy the ocean so having our room smell like this and the response from the staff was disappointing, especially since this hotel states they are nonsmoking on their website under their FAQS.

The resort facilities are really great, but the service was lacking. We did not have housekeeping come once during our 3 night stay. When I flagged this with management on our last night after putting the trash out myself, they came to drop off some towels but it was really too late. For the money, I really expected the service to be better. I would probably come back, but I would flag the housekeeping issue sooner to set expectations. Also the first floor rooms get a lot of noise from people walking around upstairs. The WiFi was very patchy and the tvs don’t offer any smart options or apps (seems frivolous, but most hotels have smart tvs at this point and parents know it’s a must for a family friendly resort.) There’s a lot of potential but they really need to do better for the rates.
