They need a microwave in the rooms! And an exhaust fan in bathroom, also change up the breakfast on the buffet, we had the exact choices for 3 days straight!

We spent two nights here with our one-year-old in last September. The place has been renovated, including the room, hallway, and restaurant. Great location with its own private beach / pickleball courts, and easy access to restaurants. Staff on the floor are very friendly. The room we had has a side window in addition to the step-out balcony. And the blind of the window was not good for keeping the room dark. I asked for cardboard to block the window so the baby can nap well. Also, another staff member offered us a short ride of the club cart with the baby. They have both indoor and outdoor pools, but due to the weather we only used the indoor one and it’s decently maintained.

Very clean rooms, well kept indoor and outdoor pools, landscape, great employees, beautiful beach with beach chairs and umbrellas setup by employees. Will absolutely recommend and looking forward to our next visit. Best time to come is after Labor Day. Less crowded.

The Red Jacket is not only a beautiful and prestigious hotel, but what truly stood out to us was the compassion and kindness of the people who work there. My husband and I are currently going through a very difficult situation after losing our condo due to flooding. During such a stressful and emotional time, the Red Jacket team showed us genuine care and generosity. They accommodated us for two nights at a very reasonable rate and even provided complimentary breakfast, which meant more to us than I can express. Their customer service was outstanding, but beyond that, they treated us with humanity and compassion when we truly needed it. We are incredibly grateful to the entire team and ownership for their kindness. May God bless each of you and return your generosity to you double. ❤️
