  4.5 stars- The good was the many things on the resort to do. Everything seemed close but not overcrowded. They have different thing each night like live music, fishing, etc. Honestly while there were plenty of kids it didnt feel they took over the place, like some resorts. Restaurant, bar, 3 pools, spa, free bike rentals, sunset views over the river, fire pits, mini golf etc.. Mariana or something lile that at the front desk was really pleasant and seem to care that the guest were having a good time. She was very helpful and should get a raise as i belive this place is 4.5 but for google I gave it a 5 based off her customer service. The bad is the beach which isn't there fault just not really sandy because of the plant life there. Also, why no microwave in the room... We had a great time here. Much better than thier other resorts ie Rivera.

  The resort has plenty to offer for a family. Rooms are clean and spacious. If had had one complaint it would be the noise level when accommodations are on the first floor. We had a bad experience with the people above us noise level. Though we complained to the front desk the noise continued throughout our stay. Overall a very nice resort. Not recommended for anyone looking for a peaceful stay. Lots of kids & plenty of noise.

  I thought this hotel was somewhat rundown and definitely not worth the price. This is a 2-star hotel. The tub would not drain, there seemed to be a leak from the toilet resulting in odor. Floors were very dirty on check in. We had to pay the maids extra to get a proper cleaning. They charge the same amount for first floor ocean view as second floor even though second floor is clearly better. Parking is a rip off. There is no real gym. Kids activities should be drop off. Rooms were way too small and walls too thin. Yarmouth is also boring and somewhat second rate cape may town. There are better options and better value out there.

  We stayed at the resort for a family wedding. Upon arrival, the room as not ready but the front desk comped us breakfast and a cocktail which was very nice! We appreciated that. Unfortunately, that is where the good service ended. The cottage was the bare minimum with a non-functioning grille, no grille tools and a broken freezer with no ice. The pool towels were old rags at best, I could not believe they gave those out to guests. The room towels were perfectly fine though not enough. The cottage was NOT SERVICED during our stay. They replaced towels only when requested. Additionally, my family member spent the first day and night (and half the 2nd day) WITHOUT AIR CONDITIONING, forcing them to sleep with windows open and, since there were no screens, the room was filled with flies. Furthermore, the hotel did not offer them any compensation for the lack of AC. Overall, this hotel was very lacking. The staff was always very nice but they are far from anything above a 2 star hotel. I relayed all this to the hotel as well, but have not heard back yet. They should be ashamed of themselves for charging a family full price with no AC for >24 hours. The outdoor venue for the wedding was beautiful, and the beach staff were very nice.

  Not a good experience in terms of functional basic accommodations like air conditioning and plumbing. Paid ~$900/night for a 2 bedroom 1 and a half bath setup for 6 adults to attend a wedding onsite during the last week of June. Our room had no functional air conditioning at all until late in our last night there and poorly functioning drains in the one shower and sinks that constantly backed up. We let the front desk know how uncomfortably hot the room was due to the air conditioning not working but in our 2 night stay they were unable to do anything to fix it u til late the 2nd day and didnt offer anything at all other than an an apology for our inconvenience. Not even a free bottle of cold water or any form of reasonable accommodation considering the amount we paid for each night and the fact it was a very unenjoyable and uncomfortable due to lack of basic room expectations. The maintenance guy was nice and tried to help but in the end we went 2/3rds of our stay in very uncomfortable conditions before they finally gixed the problem. Unfortunately made for a miserable vacation experience and definitely ruined what would’ve been a nice destination wedding for the family. Will not be visiting this establishment again as a result of this experience
