  They have a $25 parking fee if you don't book directly with them. I think that's kind of cheap. We used a travel site that led us to them, which I believe is what they want, and then we're punished along with the booking site with that $25 parking fee. Didn't like that. The rooms are clean and nice, with balconies that you can sit out, right across the street from Blue Rock par 3 Golf course. It's the best par 3 golf course you'll ever see They let you visit their other resorts on the cape, so you do have Beach access. They also have an outdoor pool. The restaurant is not operating, it appears that they're working on that. So the continental breakfast is a bunch of prepackaged muffins breads and a few other things. The people were very nice and helpful. Our only other issue, was that twice, one of us went to shower and the water was not hot. It was warm, so that we were able to clean ourselves, but not hot so that we could luxuriate in the shower.

  - black mold behind peeling wallpaper in bathroom. - strong smell in room, left luggage in car to prevent from developing smell - bed and entire room was moist to the the touch On arrival - AC is beside the bed so it blows air out at face level - overall just not a comfortable room; beds, pillows, towels, bathroom,

  Rooms were musty, but adequate. The food was average nothing special. I wouldn't eat there if it wasn't part is the golf package we purchased.
