  No airport shuttle anymore. Broken window in room. Room was on roadsute. Not working coffee maker. Frontoffice was not giving ing By service. nd that all for $220,00

  Great location. Friendly staff. Location to airport was key for this trip. The room was clean and fresh. Breakfast as expected but like always timing is everything. At one point one coffee machine was down so getting coffee was a challenge. It would be nice to have access to fresh coffee after breakfast. The only coffee is caffeinated and served out of a carafe in the lobby. With regard to noise: there is some street noise and if you’re not used to that it can be loud at times. Both nights we stayed we were woken up several times between 1 am and 4 am by the people in the room above us walking around. Not sure of the room is a housekeeping room or utility room but it was disruptive to say the least. If we were staying any longer we would have asked for our room to be changed. Otherwise great stay.

  Reserved for an 11 night stay for a business trip, always try to get hotels with kitchens to minimize unhealthy food. I though the rate was reasonable until I realized I was not getting the value. The hotel location is really good, near to the airport, near to the beach and there are groceries within walking distance if you are planning to use the kitchen. Also the hotel looks relatively new, nothing was broken or not working, but this is all they have going for. Upon registration, I realized that this hotel is really a combined Staybridge and Holiday Inn Express property, and operating much more at HI standards than Staybridge, for example there is no social snack, and the breakfast really seem more like HI. Moreover, I was informed that if I wanted room cleaning it would only be done upon request. This is already a problem for a place with a Kitchen, which I was using and I think it is reasonable to at least take the trash out daily. Day after day I requested the room to be cleaned, an the people at the front desk took note but nothing happened. The person at the front desk argued it was cleaned when the trash was still there, bed not made, etc. During the whole 11 night stay it was only cleaned once and only after getting furious. Moreover, things like coffee pods, toilet paper, dishwasher detergent, etc never get re-stocked even if they clean the room, you have to go to the front desk each time to get it... so annoying. Their sales manager will keep spamming your email with request to recommend the hotel you colleagues to get more business, but when I replied with the issues, guess what? No response! I would steer clear out of this property for any stay longer than 2 nights or if you are planning to use the Kitchen, since they will not clean during your entire stay unless you really get mad.
