  Reserved for an 11 night stay for a business trip, always try to get hotels with kitchens to minimize unhealthy food. I though the rate was reasonable until I realized I was not getting the value. The hotel location is really good, near to the airport, near to the beach and there are groceries within walking distance if you are planning to use the kitchen. Also the hotel looks relatively new, nothing was broken or not working, but this is all they have going for. Upon registration, I realized that this hotel is really a combined Staybridge and Holiday Inn Express property, and operating much more at HI standards than Staybridge, for example there is no social snack, and the breakfast really seem more like HI. Moreover, I was informed that if I wanted room cleaning it would only be done upon request. This is already a problem for a place with a Kitchen, which I was using and I think it is reasonable to at least take the trash out daily. Day after day I requested the room to be cleaned, an the people at the front desk took note but nothing happened. The person at the front desk argued it was cleaned when the trash was still there, bed not made, etc. During the whole 11 night stay it was only cleaned once and only after getting furious. Moreover, things like coffee pods, toilet paper, dishwasher detergent, etc never get re-stocked even if they clean the room, you have to go to the front desk each time to get it... so annoying. Their sales manager will keep spamming your email with request to recommend the hotel you colleagues to get more business, but when I replied with the issues, guess what? No response! I would steer clear out of this property for any stay longer than 2 nights or if you are planning to use the Kitchen, since they will not clean during your entire stay unless you really get mad.

  Ok. Originally I left a one star review because I was angry that I intentionally filtered hotels in Expedia but which ones had shuttles and this one said it did. Then when I called on arrival they are like "we don't have a shuttle". That sucks and they need to immediately correct their website or whatever, however the hotel is decent. Clean and decent security and front desk help was friendly and efficient so I updated the review.

  Definitely not an area I would recommend for families, check-in desk very unfriendly, not worth the money. Equivalent to a $99.00 motel....plus airplane traffic all day and night

  Great location, friendly staff. Room very clean and the bed was very comfortable. The kitchenette is really useful even if for a short stay. The only reason I couldn't go 5* was lack of food options at the in house bar and restaurant. Again staff was great. Bartender was helpful, nice everything you could ask for. Oh, also airport shuttle was on time, quick and very friendly. Definitely would book again.
