    This was my first stay at an Avid hotel, we usually pick a Holiday Inn Express or Staybridge Suites. I was pleasantly surprised with this hotel, it is newer and felt CLEAN and Fresh. The location is about 15 minutes to the airport (with light traffic) and they offer a free shuttle service. Front desk staff was nice and helpful. The breakfast was ok, not as good as HIE or Staybridge, but it wasn't that bad. FYI this is a pet friendly hotel and they usually book guests with pets on floor 2, so if you want a better chance of a non-pet room, ask not to be on floor 2. I would definitely stay here again if in the Boston Airport area.

    Nice place to stay outside Boston, very good value ! Rooms are clean, large choice of breakfast and the staff is very friendly. Only 10mins walk from the metro to get to the city center. Would 100% recommend !

    We had a wonderful stay and really appreciated the hospitality. The only suggestion I would make is to offer a more international breakfast selection. It would be nice to include a few sweet options, such as croissants, pastries, or a cake, for guests who prefer a sweet breakfast instead of a savory one. It would also be great to have an espresso machine so guests can enjoy a proper espresso or cappuccino. I think these small additions would make the breakfast even better and satisfy a wider variety of guests.

    While it's a bit on the pricier side this hotel is the epitomy of you get what you pay for. Spotless cleaning both in the rooms and in the halls, comfortable beds with long pillows of different levels of firmness. Well maintained AC that had the room ice cold. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Shuttle service was great. Only thing I had an issue was the black out shutters weren't the best and let in some light so if that sort of thing bothers you and you plan to sleep during daylight hours that might be an issue. Phenomenal stay otherwise

    Hotel Staff destroyed my property in the value of $600 and the hotel manager KERRY did not do anything about it, I never got reimbursed for my loss caused by the hotel staff. After months of emails nothing got done about this. They kept lying about the way things happened and never took responsibility for their staff mistake that froze my medication in stead of refrigerating, and I had proof and pictures of the frozen meds. I had no meds for the duration of my trip to USA and lost $600 of what I paid for the meds. I also asked for a quiet room and they gave me a room facing a trafic circle, heard trafic noise all night, didn't sleep well either. They do not care about you as a client, they only care about their money profit, they will not help you if something goes wrong, do yourself a favour and stay somewhere else.
