  My husband and I really enjoyed staying here. During our stay, our neighbors upstairs were very loud and did not let us sleep but the hotel was very kind and accommodating for the inconvenience and relocated us to a much better room. The breakfast is one of the best hotel breakfast I’ve seen, and we love that it is close to downtown Boston and the airport. We will definitely continue to stay here each time we come back.

  The staff is amazing! Jaden at the front desk made my day with his pleasant smile and small talk. He gave great recommendations for restaurants! Highly recommend this place! Comfy beds, clean rooms and good breakfast and coffee!

  Avid was really great before our move. They have breakfast in the morning, 24 hour coffee/tea/hot chocolate station. The carbonated water machine was broken but that wasn't a big deal for me personally. The rooms were spotless and towels/toilet paper were stocked. Our room included a mini fridge and safe which was needed for those many days. They have a convenience area where they sell snacks, drinks, and frozen foods. They also have a shuttle to the airport, allow animals (with a fee), offer senior discount. The location is not the greatest but in the back, on the 5th floor, yoy can look out upon the beautiful marsh. You can see the avian wildlife from there. They do allow food drop offs and they'll accept them in the lobby for you. Either let them know ahead of time or write in your order which room you're in. They offer a business area and a gym but i didn't experience them personally. Overall, I was very pleased with my experience. An emergency happened with the shuttle driver and they promptly ordered us an Uber.

  Do not stay here. Seriously, save yourself the stress and book literally anywhere else. The service is awful, getting in touch with anyone at the hotel is almost impossible, and when they finally do respond, it feels like they could not care less. No help, no normal communication, no sense that anyone is actually trying to solve anything. The room was just as bad. It felt dirty, old, worn out, and nothing like what you would expect from a decent hotel. Everything looked tired and poorly maintained. I honestly do not understand how a place like this is still charging people money like it is a normal hotel. Terrible experience from start to finish.

  We booked for the free shuttle! I called shortly after we landed and the shuttle driver actually waited a couple extra minutes for us to exit the airport because he didn’t want us to have to wait 20-30 min for him to make his way back. Very kind! We requested a shuttle to the airport the next morning and our shuttle driver was punctual and a very safe driver. Dropped us off exactly where we needed to be for our flight. Check in was easy, staff were accommodating for us to have a DoorDash order sent to the lobby. They helped us schedule a morning shuttle and were very courteous. Bed, pillows, and linens were clean and comfortable. Toiletries within shower were stocked adequately and room was cozy/clean. Quiet and peaceful! Breakfast was great! Coffee, tea, several juices offered, as well as cow’s milk and non dairy milk. There were apples, clementines, and bananas. Several muffins/pastries. Scrambled eggs, sausage, and potatoes. Oatmeal and a few kinds of cereal.
